The staff runs like clockwork. Communication skills, especially with my limited hitch and trailer knowledge was on point. My hitch was installed in no time at all. I knew the car would have to be towed to replace the tire and Tanners was there in a short period of time. I don't know the owner's son's name, but he sure took care of me, calmed me down and good company to take my mind off of much going on. Tanners had me back on the road with a new tire within an hour at a surprisingly reasonable cost. At first I thought that this was small town kindness, but really it was just a small business doing their absolute best to take care of others in need. Might just drive the 2 hours to use for any issues with my car. Kudos to you Tanner's! You don't know how much appreciated you are!

Upon moving back to Dublin, I couldn't remember where I had obtained services for my vehicle.  Then  I noticed a pink building on Jackson.  (Thank goodness color blindness doesn't run in my family!) I made an appointment  and was blown away by the customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness.  Not to mention that they made me feel like family too. When you come in to the business you meet Ms. Diane, my "sister from another mother." She is the example of excellence in customer service,  empathy and honesty, and just plain awesome.  It shows! Mr. Justin is personable, knowledgable, honest and a confident visionary of the  highest order.  He explained to me succinctly, about his vision for all encompassing vehicle care for all vehicle types and makes and a fair price for these services.  I'm with it!!!...And, I understood what he was talking about without the need of visual aids or charts/graphs. I will now not go anywhere else but this "Auto Spa".  I will commute, if need be, because I am confident that my Bessie is in good hands.

We were able to drop off the night before the scheduled appointment, but they also offer pick-up and drop-off for a small fee.

Repeated promises by Carl lasting months has resulted in no fix or replacement although it is under warranty. Most recently, Carl told me to call him a week ago Friday. The phone number has never worked since then. Do not purchase from this individual under any circumstances. This retailer takes no responsibility at all for the products they sell. Do you really want to purchase anything from a retailer that takes no responsibility for what they sell? Even though Carl told me himself that he was going to make this right and send me a second trailer. If Carl would have told me months ago what he now said in a google review reply that he has no responsibility for the trailer, I would have already contacted the manufacturer This is a retailer that lies to their customers and takes no responsibility for that sell. Do yourself a favor. Do not purchase anything from Carl and 5 Star Cargo. You will live to regret it. There are other respectable retailers out there to purchase a trailer from. Why take the chance?
