Dr. Mike and Dr. B were the best medicine! They had me up and running just in time for our project. I continue to see them on a regular basis as I now understand the benefits of chiropractic medicine. They are also great humans. They make you comfortable when you walk in the door on your first visit and treat you like family. I love the open concept of the office. It is nice to interact with others and does not feel like a cold medical office. I am a patient for life!

On Good Friday I was getting dressed and felt the worst pain of my life as I stood up. The sharp…read morepain from my lower back down my leg and calf was debilitating. I could barely walk and thought, "What is happening?". I suffered through the pain on Easter and in my mind it was getting better. WRONG!!! I called Superior Family Chiropractic & Wellness on the following Tuesday. I left a message (they are closed on Tuesdays) and prayed for the best. I received a phone call from Dr Mike that afternoon and I was going to be seen the next day! As I hobbled through the door I knew I was going to love this place. I was greeted with warmth and compassion (and a beautiful dog). I have been going 3 days a week for the past 6 weeks and I feel 100% better than that initial day. Dr Mike and Dr Beth have given me a new look on life, a better life where my pain is minimal and my mobility is getting back to normal. I honestly cannot say anything negative about the people, place, service or care. If you're looking for a Chiropractor (or massage), please PLEASE consider Superior Family Chiropractic & Wellness!

His explanation of "bracing" and how to connect breath to core stability filled in an important missing piece for me that now makes all therapies more productive. The tactile feedback and visualization he used made it much easier to understand how to stabilize my shoulders and breathe into the joints rather than trying to hold things rigidly. I've continued noticing changes in my body since the session, including improved comfort in my shoulders and useful mobility exercises I've been able to keep doing at home. I especially appreciated his emphasis on using everyday movement as the foundation of the work. It's a simple approach that makes the exercises very accessible and practical. I would absolutely work with him again and would recommend his work to others looking for thoughtful care around hypermobility and pain. -- Erica Payne
