I've been to chiropractors and massage therapists before and have experienced some relief, but usually not much. I wouldn't say I'm "cured," my issues took years to form, but I'm very happy with how I felt relief immediately after both appointments today. It's a bit of a drive for me, but definitely worth it. I called the number listed on the website and spoke with Bruce, the owner. I made a reservation for Friday night at 8:30 PM with no problem. When I arrived Bruce was very helpful and showed me how to use the sauna because I have never used one before. The sauna was exactly what you would think it would be-hot, steamy, and very relaxing. I only lasted about 30 minutes total and that was with many dunks under the cold shower. The best part? It's very inexpensive. $20 for one persom for an hour, $25 for 2 people, and then $12.50 more per person after that. I felt so relaxed after I left that I question whether not I should be driving because I felt slightly intoxicated. I will definitely be making this a part of every Marquette visit!
