I called the number listed on the website and spoke with Bruce, the owner. I made a reservation for Friday night at 8:30 PM with no problem. When I arrived Bruce was very helpful and showed me how to use the sauna because I have never used one before. The sauna was exactly what you would think it would be-hot, steamy, and very relaxing. I only lasted about 30 minutes total and that was with many dunks under the cold shower. The best part? It's very inexpensive. $20 for one persom for an hour, $25 for 2 people, and then $12.50 more per person after that. I felt so relaxed after I left that I question whether not I should be driving because I felt slightly intoxicated. I will definitely be making this a part of every Marquette visit!

The stylist cut my hair crooked and was rushed. Waxed my brows super thin when I slecifically said I like them thicker. They also had gaps where the hair was waxed completely off. Also, when I went back in to have the owner fix it she ripped my skin off. Literally. They gave me money to buy makeup to cover it up and fill in my brows. Also, they refunded my money after I went in to complain. Regardless I would never go back. As I share my story with friends I hear more and more negative experiences from others. I like to be honest though so I will tell you I used to work with someone that loves it.
