The second our last payment was made for the pool communication mostly went Dark. Four months to finish Landscaping and mud leaking into the pool caused undue stress on pool pumps that failed within a year. Honoring follow-up requests to fix broken lights, cracking grout around rock surfaces, dying landscaping plants, broken and malfunctioning pool pumps (2), Chlorinating systems took MONTHS and in one case (ongoing) over a year to get any response from the owner. Brittany has been great at responding to emails but is unable to get the outstanding issues resolved. My recommendation is do not make any final payments until every last issue is resolved and make sure you get detailed receipts on hardware purchases for manufacturer warranty issues because I don't seem to be able to get them. Manufacturers of the pool systems want receipts of the purchase and dates of the equipment install.

These guys are the best in the business…read more I've been with Spring-Green for a few years and I never had a thought to leave a review. They surely deserve one. Before Spring-Green, my lawn was pretty shitty. I was researching a lot of lawn maintenance companies from the smallest ones to the biggest ones. A lot of them came by to look and gave quotes. There was no obvious way to pick a company. I could only eliminate the bad ones who didn't even give me any proper plans of action or schedule and just sent me claims that they'd take care of it. The problem with DIY online solutions like Sunday is that I'm not getting an adequate amount of stuff. Some weeks, there were more weeds. Some weeks, not. I wanted a flat rate price for this varying problem. Spring-Green is a perfect fix for this. Spring-Green has their lawn care schedule for the entire year. Depending on when you sign up, you'll hop onto that schedule with the rest of the customers. That kind of makes sense. They have optional aeration services in late fall or early spring along with grub control in the summer months. Their pricing was also really attractive and the good reviews made it an obvious choice for me. The first year, I signed up for everything - aeration, full-schedule lawn care, and grub control. It was a lot but my lawn needed the care. After two years with my lawn looking so much better, I cut it down to just the essentials plan with grub control and aeration every other year or more. Here's what I love about Spring-Green. Weed control is guaranteed. You don't have to pay extra if you're still seeing weed after they've had a chance to be killed off. They'll come back and eliminate them free of charge. Again, if it's already on their schedule, you don't need to ask. The weeds need time to die so don't be calling the next week. I also like how they have short explainers for you at every step so you understand what's happening. I have no pets or kids so the chemicals they use are not a concern for me. If that's your concern, you can ask them. I've recommended them to a family member and he's also loving the outcomes! His lawn used to be full of weeds like 80% weed and 20% grass. It's all grass now after Spring-Green worked on it (which takes some time! Be patient with it).

I've been using Spring Green Lawn Care for the past two years. While their pricing is relatively…read morereasonable, I have to say that I've been increasingly disappointed with the results and, more recently, with their customer service. This year, I hired them again for overseeding. After the service was completed, I found at least four large areas of bare soil where there appeared to be little or no grass seed at all. I took photos and sent them to Spring Green, hoping they would either come back and overseed those areas or at least leave me some seed so I could take care of the problem myself. What made me even more concerned was the invoice I received afterward. It showed that only 22.5 lbs of grass seed was used for my front and back lawns, which total approximately 8,000 square feet. Based on what I actually saw on the lawn, I'm very concerned about whether enough seed was applied in the first place. Unfortunately, it has now been more than a week since I contacted them, and I still haven't received any response. No follow-up, no explanation, and no attempt to address the issue. What is especially disappointing is that I'm not a new customer--I've been using their services for the past two years and have continued to give them my business. I expected at least a basic level of communication and customer service when I raised a legitimate concern. At this point, I'm seriously considering switching to another lawn care provider. Based on my experience so far, I can no longer recommend Spring Green Lawn Care. I simply don't want other customers to end up having the same disappointing experience.
