I was able to schedule within 3 days of reaching out. The cleaning ladies were on time and arrived earlier. Jenny ensured to communicate and confirm their early arrival prior to doing so which was greatly appreciated. They were professional, kind, empathetic and did not judge the condition of the house, which was a huge concern for my family member. My family member was so thankful for the empathy, positive attitude and conversations that they had with the cleaning ladies.
