I stopped today for my appointment and they called me over to tell me how much I would be receiving back. The numbers I got were to low and decided to go somewhere else where they were giving me more. I told the guy in the front "I will come back maybe later, somewhere they are giving me a bit more". Moments after Ricardo comes out and the guy tells Ricardo I didn't want to proceed with the refund there, Ricardo simply begins to rip the papers in front of me. Super disrespectful, obviously doesn't have manners or good customer service. They placed only 2/3 documents I had provided for them & I asked for my 3 back. Ricardo simply just throws my paper on the counter and says take it all while he continues to rip the other papers right in front of my face aggressively trying to get my attention. Horrible Service won't be back EVER.

Also, when the IRS sent clear instructions to fix the problem she did the opposite of what the letter said and mentioned she knew that re-filing electronically was better, I trusted her but then the department from the IRS requesting clarification never got it so I had to fix it myself. (took me months and lots of tears!) She never acknowledged her mistake and didn't even offer to reimburse the $150 she charged for the amendment she e-filed.
