Issue 1: the place was cold - so much so my wife asked if they could turn up the heat. issue 2: we ordered and paid for our food at 12:45 pm. At 1:15 pm I got up to see where they were. Issue 5: no one came out to see if the meal was fine, did we need more napkins or if we wanted desert. Issue 6: the ribs are smoked.
