The pricing is great for the quality of service and product that you get. They have a bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and immediately greet you with such joy. When I checked out, they even offered me an employee discount due to my appointment being a birthday gift. THEY offered, I didn't even ask for it. My boyfriend went here a couple days ago for a haircut and everything was pretty mid. He wasn't offered a drink and his hair stylist didn't even offer him a shave or anything else besides the cut really. I would give her customer service a 1 star honestly because she didn't even try to engage in conversation with him either but he is happy with haircut so 2 extra stars. Overall the place is just blah besides the nice front desk lady. Don't come here if you want a full hair experience. read more

Love this place. I go here every few weeks to get a beard trim. They are always so nice and do a great job. I have had my hair trimmed up a few times as well. I always leave looking way more handsome than I was when I came in( I know hard to believe!). As a bonus, there is a full bar and you can have 2 free drinks. I usually grab an IPA and hang out a bit after my trim. If you need your hair cut or other services frequently you can pay by the month for unlimited haircuts and beard trims. Also, you get one manicure and one pedicure per month as part of the VIP as well as unlimited shoulder massages. I feel the prices are very fair. My beard trim is only 15 and includes 2 drinks. Been a few times now. I never get anything super drastic. Usually just a trim to keep a consistent length and look. My first time I got lucky enough to have Saisha. She was super charming, is great to have conversations with and gave me exactly what I was looking for. A lot of stylists go too crazy and I've always been extremely apprehensive to get my hair done but she gave me one of my best experiences getting my hair done. Second visit went just as well. What an absolute POS!!!! (point of Sale) I went in to get a haircut and the stores POS system was down. No problem..... We agreed that they would just call me when it was back online and we would settle up..... Today while sitting on the couch and my wife started receiving random texts from a random number asking for me from Patti (Owner) about the bill. No problem, she said she'd have me reach out to take care of it. Patti, went from saying their internet was down yesterday and to have me come in and pay it, to immediately talking about filing a police report, to sending a picture of our home with both of our phone numbers on it. Making it sound like I did not pay my bill intentionally. Patti even stated in a text that they spoke to me and that I said I did not get a haircut. (which was true because they called the wrong person) That does not sit well with me and since when is a passive threat become acceptable especially in a business establishment? My wife had to tell Patti to stop texting her because she kept making threats and then Patti asked her why she was upset? GREAT business! I immediately drove to the store and paid them (in pennies). Met there by the police department of course. I also received a phone call from the CEO of the company Milton Anthony. Another time, I explained what had happened and that i was thoroughly disgusted with the way this had been handled. He didn't seem to care and when I told him that I was going to file a police report for harassment and threats he told me to "go ahead" and that any action i take will be equally matched on the opposite end. Real dirtbag "businessman" here... You know what the crux of the situation really was? The phone number in the online system for me was wrong... They never called me, they called someone else... But they did find my wife's phone number and my home address and emailed me. Even talking about the Police in the email.... I showed the hairdresser two pictures of how I wanted my hair and told her specifically to not adjust the length of the top of my hair and she said she could do that. She basically made me bald. Lu sue ruined my sons hair. He is 9. My husband asked for a high fade as y son is working on a man bun. She shaved his head and left an island of hair that is crooked. He is so upset. Walked in and had to try out tune up salon. Upon walking in I signed myself in at their front desk kiosk computer and didn't have to wait for a stylist to get me into a chair! Ms. Angie was my stylist and welcomed me in. She was able to get my haircut the way I wanted and explained and did a great job! The ambience of the place is chill and welcoming. They have a pedicure area and a bar and tv to watch also. You get a free hair wash and conditioner for your hair after getting it cut too! A plus unlike any other places to get haircuts it's an additional. The price for the haircut was $28 - thought it was fair for what you get and pay for. My boyfriend's 1st haircut was good with Angie. 2nd cut not so good. I was informed today Angie was no longer there so I asked foe someone who cut hair as good as her. The person on the phone proceeded to tell me it was the manager that cut his hair last and that everyone there cuts Good hair in a tone that sounded like she was being confrontational. 1st learn some customer service 2nd I don't care if it was the manager that didn't cut his hair the way he wanted. Their prices are higher than others but it is because you are also paying for their service. Upon walking into the salon, you can go to the bar and order alcoholic drinks. Each person could order one shot of alcohol with juice or soda. They are very generous. You can sit at the bar while you wait. The barber spends almost 1 hour with you perfecting whatever type of cut you would like. All of the barbers are female except for one male. He was amazing! He did such a great job with my partner's cut that the money was worth it. I believe he paid $25 not including tip. They get very busy during weekends. read more

The call ahead service is just bad business. It punishes new customers who don't know about it. Either have appointments or don't, there is no difference between a "call ahead" and appointment. New customers who don't know about it will sit there are watch 5-10 people get served before them even though they arrived way before they did. This was my first time at this place. I have been to others, such as Rooster's, which are rather similar. The major difference is that other places will offer a beer, coffee, or possibly a Coke. This place has a full bar! My stylist was Andrea, and she was excellent. They took me right away as a walk in, but when I was leaving there was about an hour wait. This was in the middle of the week. The cut was great, and the scalp massage/shampoo with a hot towel was heaven. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the decor was all white walls with rather bright lights. I was just there a second time cus they offered a free pedicure to fix the last one . the pic is my foot last week after the forst pedicure which was liken50 bucks. I called at noon and did call ahead for around 2:30 and specifically asked for a different person. I got there at 2:15 and checked in waited til a few minutes ago when I saw someone that came in behind me as a walk in got taken back. Then they tried to give me the same person. When I objected the stylist was very nice and understanding about it but the hostess was extremely hostile ans rude. She argued with everything I said. I ended up just leaving. I'm a disabled veteran with ptsd and anxiety problems I dont need stress when I go get a pedicure. I was even going to get a facial too. But because of the hostess. My adult brother who has special needs was gawked at for several minutes upon entering the establishment. We weren't greeted or offered services so I eventually spoke up and asked for service. After receiving the poor customer service experience, we received an uneven haircut. He sat still & was almost falling asleep throughout the session so blaming it on his disability was untruthful & distasteful when she would've been given a pass for just saying she lacked experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially someone who has disabilities. They need training! Luckily, we found someone right down the street to make the corrective hair cut & she didn't act as if she were afraid to touch my brother. This use to be where I would go to get my haircut but the wait is just insane and the hair cut is just marginally better than anywhere else. Today I waited for an hour and half than I finally realized I was being skipped!! I was skipped 2 times this is absolutely ridiculous. This place is packed and they are letting some VIP members cut in line just based of off there member ship. Horrible business model that I absolutely detest I shouldn't have to pay 165$ monthly membership fee to get a haircut in under 30 minutes.
