Another customer worked up the courage to ask for help. He asked some big guy messing with a double barrel shotgun. Without even looking at him, he summoned for one of his minions to help him. I stood a couple of feet from him and the counter. Not once did anyone acknowledge that I existed or ask if I needed help. At this point, I decided they must have enough money and didn't need mine. I do not recommend this establishment. There are way friendlier places to go.

There aren't too many shops like this around and when you find one so well run, there is a 99% chance the owner is a military veteran. I am proud to be a vet myself and proud to come into this business and help as I can. Where to park? Municipal parking across the street. Once in the shop, there is plenty of accessories to select from. Along with firearms to choose and rifles there are enough variances. Plenty of space here with lots of room for Christopher to grow. I wish him a lot of great success. I definitely recommend stopping in and purchasing something to help a military veteran small business.

I bought a firearm from George at 802 Firearms online…read more Turns out my liscense had expired and I was told at Parros to just renew and print out my liscense and all was good. My Mistake, not going back to Perros! Thank You, Matt. George kept me waiting much time until my physical liscense arrived. All the while being short and not friendly during our interactions. Everything about 802firearms is sgnificantly less than professional! George the owner insisted I needed my actual liscense. I called the Middlesex Police department and the state & both informed me this was George's policy not law! I had my liscense and it was valid in every state. I asked about a refund however "Honest" George has that all covered as well. You can not get your weapon and there is a restocking fee for returns although you will be prohibited by policy to come pick up what you had pre-paid for! The person at the state actually referred me to Parro's! YEP!!! 802firearms is a sleezy operation run by an egotistical kid out of some crappy office building in Burlington Vermont There is no shop!!! If you wish to buy a new weapon, legally in a dirty parking lot, this is your Gun Store! My son and l received the BEST of professional advice when we went there on Saturday ( yesterday). Concerns about comparative features between guns, laws about "carry" were easily answered. Although, we were not aware that Datilio's is closed at noon on Saturdays, all required paperwork was handled and necessary phone calls made in a professional and timely manner. All the shelves were stocked with an unbelievable variety of fishing tackle , archery paraphernalia, etc. for avid sportsmen of all types. We were AMAZED at the ease with which our questions and concerns were handled by all the gentlemen working at Datilio's . They were only too happy to help novices and experts who walked through the doors ! Inadvertently, we held up two employees 20 -25 minutes past closing time, but were treated with courtesy and respect the entire time. We had no idea that we had come so late, and had we known, we would have come to Datilio's much earlier ! We are so fortunate to have Datilio's Gun and Tackle Shop in our community.
