Both times, the gentlemen in the store have been very courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their prices are pretty on par with upholding ST and VV price points and every once in a while, you'll find one of those brands on sale. I appreciate that they do this because it keeps the value of my clothes from ST and VV. I also appreciate that when I spend $$$ on one article of clothing, I get the excellent customer service that is deserved.

While we never did see any Vineyard Vines clothing (not to say it isn't in there) we did see similar styles and immediately gravitated towards the bright and fun colors of some Southern Tide swim trunks. Aside from men's clothing, Island Pursuit also has styles for women and for kids. Everything seemed to be colorful and fun and in the theme of coastal, nautical and resort ware. Being familiar with many of the brands they carry, like Toad & Co and Tommy Bahama, I know they specialize in higher-end, quality styles.

Talbots Sararasota UTC…read more Talbots provides NO customer satisfaction. They do not stand by their merchandise. I bought a Pima Crew tee shirt, wore it once and it kept growing as the day went on. Longer and wider. I attempted to return it but was told the item must not have been worn and it must still have the tags attached in order for them to approve a return. Really??? What if the item is inferior and not worth the 39.50 price tag? I have had tee shirts 1/3 the price that held their shape 100 times better. The clerk asked in a rather negative attitude if I would like to see the manager. She should have said "Let me get the manager for you." That would have been good customer service. I expect had I talked to the manager there would have been a different outcome. Instead I was left feeling embarrassed and angry. Like I was at fault. Shame on Talbots

I recently worked with a young man named Cody, and he was the definition of professional. In fact,…read moreI'm bringing my brother back to buy a suit, and I'll be making an appointment with Cody specifically. Cody has a rare talent: he makes you feel like a VIP even when your budget says otherwise. I enjoy paying under $500 for a suit while being treated like I'm shopping for a $3,000 custom masterpiece. That's been my Men's Wearhouse experience, and it's exactly why I keep coming back. As for negatives, I almost didn't have any. Almost. First, the exterior glass windows and doors are begging for a good cleaning. They've seen things. Second, if someone buys a complete suit, maybe don't nickel-and-dime them for a $3 suit carrier. Come on--it has your logo on it! At that point, I'm basically helping advertise the brand. Throw me a free garment bag and let me strut out feeling like a sponsored athlete. Other than those minor gripes, the service and value are outstanding. Cody is a tremendous asset to the store, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. I'd happily give this location 4.5 out of 5 stars for value, service, and making regular folks feel like high rollers.

Second problem, MAJOR problem, they didn't include the right color pocket squares. The people at the store said they couldn't help at this point since it's too close to the wedding. Third problem, many of the rentals had stains on them and the associates wanted us to STILL take them. Fourth problem, The rentals ended up in two different locations. Run so so far from these Sarasota locations.

The store mainly consists of clothing for men and women, but also has a limited range of home goods and pet items. I was impressed with the range of men's clothing with the section being as big as the women's. You can find lots of brands that are at a lower cost than they would be elsewhere where (though also maybe a season or two dated ...). In all I thought it was a decent store and I'd go back. You never know what kind of gem you might find. There were not too many people working at the store but those who were seemed friendly enough.
