I filled out the paperwork on the Internet and mailed the leather bags to their Manhattan shop. I received a call the day the handbags were received. I gave a credit card number to repair both bags for $150 and $35 shipping and handling. I was told the bags would be returned to me within two weeks. The bags were returned by FedEx and have a glossy luster and shine now. The black bag looks like new and the white is better but not perfect.

Did a little check online prior to going in and saw it being described as minimalist brand or also a store focused more on quality than just a famous name. I definitely appreciate that and think we could do less with the large name brands and the importance society puts on them. Once inside we saw they have a huge variety of items for sale including clothing but also housewares, some candy, luggage and more. The essential oil diffusers brought some great smells into the store as an added positive. Both my wife and I came across items we liked but sometimes we were caught off guard once we saw the prices. Which I will say they had a lot of sales going on due to the holidays but some still made me question if they were worth the price tag. I think it's a brand we will occasionally look at online especially for large discounts. Maybe we are a bit too frugal but didn't want to overspend not fully knowing quality. Like I mentioned above though I appreciate the message behind the brand and the lack of relying on famous names and oversized lettering/logos on clothes to sell them.
