There were not many options even open on a Sunday morning in the area of Day Break where we were located. We almost didn't even go in here because, from the street, this location looked closed. The crisp cold temps kept everyone indoors so I am really glad we double checked the front door, because we would have missed out on a hidden gem of a spot! We got there early enough that there was only one person working, which initially wasn't an issue, but as our visit went on, a line formed, and I even put back, on the shelf, an intended purchase of coffee beans because I wanted to visit more than I wanted to stand in a line. I ordered an iced Americano with sugar free Hazelnut and a splash of half and half to drink and a Pesto Grilled Cheese on Sourdough to eat. I knew it would be an easy food item to take any leftovers on the plane. Although the indoor space had enough seats for this particular morning visit, I am not sure how well it seats everyone on a typical morning rush. The outdoor space would be my preferred seating location but only when it is warmer temps so I definitely plan to come back and stay longer. The vibe is super chill, the flavor of the coffee was strong and rich, nothing bitter or burnt and we all found something we loved to both eat and drink. Dogs are definitely welcome too and I can see this coffee house becoming a neighborhood favorite very quickly! I wish I had stuck it out and waited in line as I'd love to make a batch of cold brew coffee from their beans now that I am back home in California! Maybe next time!

We were so excited and got even more stoked when we realized bae was taking out us out for brunch at Moena Cafe! We've been here before and sat outside on their dog-friendly patio. Coconut and I stood outside and waited for bae to go inside to let them know we would like to eat on the patio. I've should have known something was up when bae looked confused and was taking longer than expected. Once he came out he told me that the hostess said they don't serve food outside. He told them that we sat outside before and was served food, what changed? Their response: "We don't own those tables" Lol. Something obviously changed. They said we could order takeout and sit outside. Which we could have done. But we didn't because literally we could do that anywhere else. Grab takeout and sit outside on a table that isn't owned by the establishment. Instead, we drove down the street and went to Lake Break instead! -Sailor out

The moment you walk in, the staff is friendly and makes you feel very welcomed! The esthetics of the restaurant were beautiful and very clean and modern. We ordered the kiosk and had. A lot of choices for empanadas, sandwiches, coffees and teas. We ordered an Americano, breakfast empanada, alfajores, and the flight of coffee and teas. Everything came out fast! My favorite drinks of the flights were the dulce de leche latte (super creamy a with the oat milk) and the matcha latte. Highly recommended and can't wait to try more of their menu!

I think their coffee is decent and they have a lot of options for flavored drinks. It's awesome that you can try a full flight with different flavors, but I'm not sure if the value is fantastic for the price, especially for 4 half sized drinks. I might just order 4 drinks and just bring an extra friend to help me finish them. The shop is clean with a fun design, it has a lot of natural elements with out feeling forced and an awesome mural on the wall. The staff is friendly and fast for sending out orders and happy to help with any questions that you have. They do utilize a kiosk or QR code for ordering, which takes some of the personality out of the transaction, but it goes smoothly over all and gives you extra time to choose. I would defintely come back. Lots of options and a fun environment. Great spot to meet up with friends, have a coffee and something to snack on.

Kuthu parota definitely stood out and would will definitely try it again. Uttapam was really good and it is fulfilling. It was a little loud because they were getting the new restaurant sign up. The ambience was clean with a lot of natural lighting. Our food was fantastic. We had three different food items and two different drinks. The Rose milk which I believe is milk base with a rose tea flavor was very good. The Mannari Sarbath was my favorite as it was light and refreshing also tea based with chia. Just the right amount of sweet. Our first food itemswas the fried garlic noodles with aromatic garlic and fried veggies. That was one of my favorites and highly recommended. The second item was the onion Podi Dosa. Crunchy, flaky and thin but very large. The potato stuffing lacked some flavor but it complimented well with the doing sauces, which all had amazing flavors and a kick of spices. Our last item was more of a lunch sampler, the lunch Thani special. Fried potatoes with okra, wild rice, tofu curry with peas that had the most amazing texture. The food comes out in about 10 minutes as it is done with care, the staff was very nice and friendly. I shall return as I wanted to try the fried cauliflower and they told us they couldn't cook it at the moment.
