We had Arancini- the best either of us have had since being in Italy. Crab cakes were another appetizer we enjoyed but not in the level of the Arancini. The main course (which we spied on the way to our table) was to die for. Duck leg confit with mushroom ravioli and broccolini (perfectly cooked) and a creamy mushroom gravy. It was magnificent. If you're ever in Alamosa for dinner, don't hesitate to stop in. You won't regret it. You might even want to go out of your way to stop here. Two chefs who earned their stripes in NYC returned to Alamosa to try their hands at fine dining in Alamosa. I hope they can continue to do well.
