Everything initially seemed fine, and I received an email confirming the details. However, when the van arrived, it was nothing more than a plain, basic vehicle -- the kind you would see transporting people to and from the airport. It was white, with forward-facing seats, and had no luxurious features at all. This van was supposed to transport the wedding party to and from the destination, but because of the company's failure to deliver what was promised, members of the wedding party ended up having to drive themselves 45 minutes to the ceremony and 45 minutes back to the reception. This was a huge inconvenience on what was supposed to be a special day. Furious, I called Chuck Cotton on my wedding day to address the issue and request a refund for the completely misrepresented service. To my disbelief, he flat-out refused to refund any of the nearly $800 I had spent. The lack of accountability and customer service was appalling. I could have easily rented a similar van elsewhere for much less, but I specifically paid for a luxury experience, which I did not receive. I asked the driver to leave immediately, as this was not what I had agreed to. It felt like a complete scam. Horrible experience, poor customer service, and absolutely not worth the money.
