1. I asked for 3- 2 day passes for shuttle service with a price quote at $15.00 per person. The…read moreshuttle driver charged my credit card $120.00. I attempted to contact 918 shuttle. I left a voicemail with a cell phone number to be reached back at, but alas, I am still waiting to hear back from 918 for the overcharge. 2. Saturday was the first day of our shuttle service. We waited and called probably 10 or 15 times to try to get a shuttle to either our hotel in Claremore or any pick up location from Claremore to Rocklahoma at about 1500 or so. We got the ride to Rocklahoma. When it came time that we wanted to leave, we waited at the pick up point at Rocklahoma for 3 hours and did not get a ride until we placed multiple phone calls, mind you by now, there were 5 of us waiting on this shuttle service. 3. Today, Sunday, I would just really like to get my money returned to me, as I am afraid of being stranded or just having to wait half the day for a ride. 4. Not only do I not recommend this service, but I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, as they did not deliver said purchase and did not refund my money.

Hired them for my son's prom and the first question that we asked was whether it was an issue if they took my wife and I to dinner while the kids were at the prom for 3 hrs. This was the first question we asked every company we called when shopping for a limo as the minimum requirement was 6 hours. $750.00. (4 kids in the limo) Hence to have them drive 2 whole miles back while the kids were at the prom to take us to dinner. The owner Cory said that it was fine on the phone a month before prom when we paid the first 50%. So, when we talked with the driver he said that we had to call the owner because he didn't have the ok. Called the owner ('Cory'), and he said that he never told my wife that taking us to dinner was ok. A lie!! He started spouting off that it was a policy not to leave the kids. Not hiring a babysitter...hiring a limo. He started insulting my wife saying that she never talked about this and that she called 15 times while setting and re-scheduling the prom plans. A lie...she called a total of 4 times over a month. It is obvious these were excuses to where he didn't put any more miles or spend any more gas than the bare minimum so he could pocket any extra money from me. I'm paying for 6 hours of limo service, and they will be sitting in the parking lot of the prom for 3 of those...locking out our ability to use the limo ourselves. Optimizing his profit at the sake of the consumer. So, warning...this company is out for your money.

I really do not believe they were told it was ok for them to use the limo in between because I have know these folks for many years and it has always been the policy that we don't leave the group or split them. This is for the safety of the client. I have used this company for several years and they have done all 3 of my kids proms as well as our Christmas light tours and some birthdays, party runs and a wedding. They have ALWAYS told us up front that they have a strict no tolerance policy for underage drinking for proms and also they do not leave the kids while they are at the prom. This has been a great comfort, and relief for us as we know our kids are well taken care of. I have a good size family and we have always used this company for many things. Even when we have had adult parties their policy is not to leave or split the group, so if someone wants to leave halfway through the night the whole party has to go or all stay because they don't want us left alone with no transportation if something happens. At first we thought it was a bit stringent but we realized how valuable that is when there was a fight at a place we were at (none of our party of course) but the authorities made everyone leave for a bit and it was awesome to have our limo there as it was pretty cold outside. I think the prior review was more a rant by some spoiled adults used to getting what they want without regard for rules. I'm glad the driver didn't cave to your manipulation. One of the things we like about this company is that the drivers have been with them almost as long as they have been in business, 15+ years, and they still love their job and the company. So far as the statement of a minimum of 6 hours that has always been the same for every service in town to my knowledge. In fact, the first time we booked a limo one of the main reasons we chose to go with Absolute is because of the policy of no alcohol tolerance for minors and the fact that our kids will be able to have someone there for them if things happen. we were fine with the 6 hours because some of that was drive time to and from everywhere. He was the nicest on the phone, he was also the most affordable for what we needed. he took time to explain everything several times when we called with questions and it was never different information. in fact he made sure we remembered the no alcohol tolerance and that his drivers stay with the party at all times. So I call BS on this prior review, how do you know what your wife heard, were you on the phone with her ? I rather doubt it or why wouldn't you have done the booking yourself since you had to take over the post to slander this good company . Of course I have heard that this site, Yelp, is not the best as anyone can put whatever they want and no one checks out the story. it was just chance that I saw this and when I saw Absolutes name then the statement "liers and crooks", I was outraged. BTW, make sure you spellcheck before you post. Liars is spelled with an A. Further proof of your BS ignorance.
