The staff from receptionist to nurses to physician are wonderful. I was expecting IV sedation, but the anesthesiologist decided to do general. I think last time I had too much fun work on IV sedation. I was aware of enough to feel and hear the rhythm of the machine and I dreamed about people marching to that rhythm. They told me I was vocal and moving to the beat. It must have been difficult working on a moving target. I had more fun the first time, but I appreciate that under general, the staff could get more done towards making me look youthful. Speaking of looking youthful....while I don't think I actually look youthful, I saw someone this New Years that I haven't seen since my facelift. I have been thinking there wasn't much difference, but he declared "you look different." "I want to say younger." When I told him I'd had some work done, he said " but it looks so natural!" " How did that happen? He elaborated that people he knew looked wind blown and didn't even look themselves. My friend who recommended Dr Paulsen said, "sometimes girls just need a little help."

They…read morealso get yelp to remove their negative reviews on here (I had to rewrite this one because they got my first one removed for "not including enough details about my experience as a customer of Jeff Alexander, MD and skin care institute" ). You want details??? Here they are!!! I was treated here for several years for acne (all throughout high school and college). I only saw the PA, Ashley, who was great! I never met Dr. Alexander though, which is weird because he was co-signing all of the charts as if he saw me everytime. The first time I went to the med spa, I got a facial, and she did a very poor job. She even missed a few of the areas I asked her to target. The second time I went was for a Fraxel consultation. They told me my skin needed to be "more clear" but neglected to tell me HOW to get my skin clearer nor give me any resources to do such. Regardless, I started on spironolactone and got my skin as clear as it's ever been. I had to wait 6 months to be re-evaluated (was out of country), but when I finally went in, they told me there were still "signs of inflammation" (acne marks, which is exactly what I'm trying to get rid of??), so they refused to consider fraxel, and then they proceeded to cancel my microneedling with RF that was scheduled for that day. I even offered to sign something saying I wouldn't sue if something happened, but they refused. I was SO disappointed because I had been looking forward to this for MONTHS. It gets worse though. I had Botox scheduled right after, and guess what? Someone made a mistake and booked someone else during what was supposed to be my appointment. They were trying to fix it and find me a new time, but I just left and never went back (and I never will). And guess what? I went to another med spa, and they did microneedling with RF THE VERY NEXT DAY - no issues at all with it. I was even cleared by their dermatologist for it right before. She did an AWESOME job. My skin looks great, all of the "inflammation" and mild acne they pointed out was eradicated by that laser. Let's see if they try to remove this one

This was absolutely the most frustrating & horrible experience I've had with a Plastic Surgeon…read more At my consultation Dr Kreitzberg said that he believed I would have great results with my surgery for my double chin. I had surgery on Jan 21st 2026. As you can see from the picture dated April 17th what my neck looks like now. At my second followup, after WAITING ONE HOUR in the room for him, I told Dr. Kreitzberg that I wasn't seeing any results. He told me that there was no reason to believe I wouldn't see my double chin tuck in and be much tighter by the 3 month followup. I never did get the results that was promised. At my 3 month followup I told the nurse, Ciara, that I do not see any results and in fact in looks worse than what I started with because now I have lump under my chin. She absolutely agreed with me and said the Dr will come in and talk to me about my options. AGAIN, AFTER WAITING 70 minutes in the room for the Dr. I relayed to him that not only he has REPEATEDLY kept my husband & I waiting at our followup appts for him and we didn't think that he respects his patients time along with reaffirming to him that I do no see ANY RESULTS, WHICH HE AGREED I HAVE NO RESULTS - that I would like my money back. He said he will talk to the office manager and get back to me. WELL, ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT ME. THIS DR. AND OFFICE HAS ABSOLUTELY ZERO CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS. IT IS EVIDENT IN THE LACK OF CARE FOR MY RESULTS AND LACK OF CARE FOR PATIENT SATISFACTION. THERE WAS NEVER A I'M SORRY THAT WE COULDN'T GET THE RESULT PROMISED AND WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Wife and I are both nurses. we have both worked as wound care nurses before. I am not saying it was Dr C's fault, but we did do aftercare to the letter, and were very proactive with treatment, monitored drains and dressing changes, and notified the team promptly when complications developed. The infection that caused her sepsis was in the surgical incision site. Do what you will with this information.
