I'd already been to several other consults and Dr. Miller at Tulsa Plastic Surgery was last on my list. He came recommended from a friend of a friend and had excellent accreditations. However, I just was not impressed. The office had a cold, sterile doctor's office feel to it. Dr. Miller was very kind and thorough in explaining the procedure to me, and was patient with all of my questions. It was obvious he'd done many, many surgeries and knew what he was doing. I don't question his abilities at all, but there were several things I didn't like about his practice. My biggest complaint, and when I decided I was definitely not going with him, was after he completed the examination. He and his assistant basically just told me, "Okay, here's some drawers of different implants and there's some bras you can dig through to find one that fits - just try on what you want and go see the financial counselor across the hall when you're done. Have fun!" ...uh, what? I don't know anything about implant sizing, placement, different shapes, etc. But, I guess I was supposed to just stick random implants in my bra, see which ones I liked, and that's what he'd put in my body? I'd been to several consults before Dr. Miller, and each time an assistant (or the doctor himself) stayed and helped me figure out the various options and what looked best. I literally didn't know what to do, so I just got dressed and left the room without trying anything on. The financial counselor let me know they were running a "$300 off special" until the end of May, which was another red flag to me. Plastic surgery is not something you want to bargain shop for and, in my opinion, a good surgeon doesn't need to offer incentives for people to use them. All in all, I'm sure Dr. Miller does great work for a lower price tag than some other surgeons, but he's not for me or anyone who is looking for a more personable experience.

You want details??? Here they are!!! I was treated here for several years for acne (all throughout high school and college). I only saw the PA, Ashley, who was great! I never met Dr. Alexander though, which is weird because he was co-signing all of the charts as if he saw me everytime. The first time I went to the med spa, I got a facial, and she did a very poor job. She even missed a few of the areas I asked her to target. The second time I went was for a Fraxel consultation. They told me my skin needed to be "more clear" but neglected to tell me HOW to get my skin clearer nor give me any resources to do such. Regardless, I started on spironolactone and got my skin as clear as it's ever been. I had to wait 6 months to be re-evaluated (was out of country), but when I finally went in, they told me there were still "signs of inflammation" (acne marks, which is exactly what I'm trying to get rid of??), so they refused to consider fraxel, and then they proceeded to cancel my microneedling with RF that was scheduled for that day. I even offered to sign something saying I wouldn't sue if something happened, but they refused. I was SO disappointed because I had been looking forward to this for MONTHS. It gets worse though. I had Botox scheduled right after, and guess what? Someone made a mistake and booked someone else during what was supposed to be my appointment. They were trying to fix it and find me a new time, but I just left and never went back (and I never will). And guess what? I went to another med spa, and they did microneedling with RF THE VERY NEXT DAY - no issues at all with it. I was even cleared by their dermatologist for it right before. She did an AWESOME job. My skin looks great, all of the "inflammation" and mild acne they pointed out was eradicated by that laser. Let's see if they try to remove this one

I had surgery on Jan 21st 2026. As you can see from the picture dated April 17th what my neck looks like now. At my second followup, after WAITING ONE HOUR in the room for him, I told Dr. Kreitzberg that I wasn't seeing any results. He told me that there was no reason to believe I wouldn't see my double chin tuck in and be much tighter by the 3 month followup. I never did get the results that was promised. At my 3 month followup I told the nurse, Ciara, that I do not see any results and in fact in looks worse than what I started with because now I have lump under my chin. She absolutely agreed with me and said the Dr will come in and talk to me about my options. AGAIN, AFTER WAITING 70 minutes in the room for the Dr. I relayed to him that not only he has REPEATEDLY kept my husband & I waiting at our followup appts for him and we didn't think that he respects his patients time along with reaffirming to him that I do no see ANY RESULTS, WHICH HE AGREED I HAVE NO RESULTS - that I would like my money back. He said he will talk to the office manager and get back to me. WELL, ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT ME. THIS DR. AND OFFICE HAS ABSOLUTELY ZERO CARE FOR HIS PATIENTS. Wife and I are both nurses. we have both worked as wound care nurses before. I am not saying it was Dr C's fault, but we did do aftercare to the letter, and were very proactive with treatment, monitored drains and dressing changes, and notified the team promptly when complications developed. The infection that caused her sepsis was in the surgical incision site. Do what you will with this information.
