I have been seeing Dr Cuzalina for many years for botox injections. I am a nurse and have always felt comfortable with him and his staff-from the girls up front to his nurses. When my daughter decided she wanted breast enlargement(augmentation) I had her go to 3 consultations and the 4th with Dr Cuzalina. She had her surgery with Dr Cuzalina and as a mother the staff took as much "care" with me as they did my daughter. From each nurses knowledge to the staff in general, they provided us with unprecedented care. They knew just what to let my daughter know for expectations and concerns and the recovery nurse had one of the best bedside manners I had ever encountered. She had my daughter laughing instead of hurting. Throughout the entire procedure her pain was very minimal. I am stunned at the level of care, commitment and respect each employee has for their physician and are fearless in voicing it. The medical society as a whole could learn a thing or two about patient care from the true enjoyment these people have from doing their job. In fact, as we were leaving I was thanking the recovery nurse for being so patient and kind and she said please don't thank me for doing a job I love. It truly shows in every persons attitude from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. These wonderful, caring individuals make themselves available during and after business hours AND remember your name. I will never go anywhere else and I'm proud to be able to say that. Thank you Dr Cuzalina and all the amazing staff at Tulsa Surgical Arts for actually caring about your patients. Most of all, thank you for caring for my daughter and bringing her so much happiness. You and your staff are certainly a Tulsa Treasure! read more

I work in the medical field and made an appointment with tsa after numerous consultations with other plastic surgeons in the tulsa area. Tsa came highly recommended from my peers. I was not disappointed. I spoke with missi to make a consultation. She was super sweet and was able to work with my busy schedule to get me an appointment quickly. When I went to the office, I was treated amazing. The staff at tsa are very nice and super helpful. Sarah was my nurse and made me feel very at ease. Getting naked and showing my small boobs wasn't something I was looking forward to. I know how busy the office is and was very impressed with how much time dr. Cuzalina spent with me in my consult. I felt like all of my options were given to me and I was able to make a choice with input, but not pressure from dr. Cuzalina and sarah. I couldn't be happier with my results! From the start to finish I was treated with kindness. I will recommend dr. Cuzalina and his staff to everyone! You will not regret getting an augmentation. I'm just sorry I waited so long! read more

I have had several surgical procedures at Tulsa Surgical Arts by Dr. Cuzalina and he is as good as they come. He treats his patients like family and is available 24/7. His staff is compassionate and he has both a local and international practice. He has been the president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and has won "Best Cosmetic Surgeon" in Tulsa, numerous times. His facility is world class and he teaches surgeons from all over the world. I have sent him numerous friends and relatives and they have all come back happy. He also does a lot of free surgery on less fortunate people with various deformities. I met a girl with a severe breast deformity where she was bone without on breast. SHe was working hard to improrve her life but has a severe self esteem problem and could not afford surgery. Dr. Cuzalina performed her surgery for free and changed her lift. He is a special surgeon and person. read more

Had the best experience at Tulsa surgical arts. I went to my free consultation and Dr. Cuzalina made me feel so comfortable. Took his time to explain everything throughly and answered all of my questions. The girls that work up at the front desk are so friendly and helped accommodate me to get me in for an appt around my busy work schedule. I stayed in one of facility suites after surgery. It was beautiful. I felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel room. All of the nurses there are great and we're so nice to me. Helped calm my nerves before surgery!!! From the consult to surgery to my post op appts, everyone has been great. And I'm loving the results from my surgery... I had the opportunity to get a few procedures done in September 2017 and I cannot be happier with my results. Dr. Cuzalina and his AMAZING staff are such angels. I had a breast lift and implants, lipo in several areas and a BBL. The after care was hands down the best you can get because they have a suite at the surgical center you can stay in for his out of town patients (I came from Texas) and the attentiveness of all the nurses and doctors made me feel so secure. I recommend anyone searching for a talented, knowledgeable, cosmetic surgery genius to go to Tulsa Surgical Arts! They are simply the best! read more

I had Tulsa Surgical Arts perform a face lift over 6 years ago. I still get compliments on my youthful appearance. When I say I'm almost 70 no one can believe it. In life you often think of what you did or didn't do that makes you happy. Knowing what I know now the only think I would change would be to get it done sooner! This is definitely in the top 5 of things I will never regret. From the time of my consultation to my post op exam the staff was attentive to my needs. The atmosphere was relaxed yet professional. Dr Cuzalina is the best ever! read more

I live in St Louis, MO and this past February (per the recommendation of a very well respected facial plastic surgeon) made the trip to Tulsa to have a breast lift with Dr. Cuzalina. There are more than enough plastic surgeons here in STL, but I was told that if I wanted the best, I should just head to Tulsa. I am SO happy that I took the advice and made the trip- I could not be any happier with my results. He and his staff are outstanding and his work was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Cuzalina and Tulsa Surgical Arts. read more

When it comes to the best of the best, TSA is where it's at. Hands down the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. 5 weeks post op after my tummy tuck, performed by Dr. C. I am literally speechless. He gave me something I've always strived for, confidence in myself. Jessica S is the best injector out there and Brandy and her lymphatic massages, has helped me in so many ways!! I cannot express enough how amazing everyone of the staff is at TSA.
