With 20 minutes remaining on our trip home, our car broke down on the highway. State Highway Patrol…read moreshowed up and he contacted this company. Yancy showed up promptly within about 15 minutes and towed it up within 5 minutes. He looked at the dash lights and said it's either the fuel pump or it's out of gas. We couldn't believe the latter because we had 70 miles in the tank. He towed the car to a dealership that would fix the issue. He suggested that we allow him to leave the key in the gas cap and that we get a jerry can and fill it up and try to start her up. By the time our friend dropped us off at the dealership, Yancy was still there. Because my boyfriend and I are useless with cars, Yancy filled the tank and then injected the fuel into the engine. Sure enough, the car was out of gas. After a good laugh together we thanked him for his time, patience, and expertise. If your car stops accelerating on the highway, make sure the gas tank is full...... Thanks, Yancy!

I had no one else to call, my family were at a huge event and couldn't get in touch with them. So I heard about kereks towing and I called to get a price. It was very reasonable specially since it was about 10:30-11 at night. He had told me he would be there about 20 mins. He had arrived before 20 mins and made what was a bad situation into a fun one. He was talking to my boyfriend and I and cracking jokes. He had my car loaded and brought to my house. Without him coming I would have had to leave my car there all night and I don't like the idea of that. If you are every broken down and having car trouble call kereks towing!! Truly a life saver. As we all know, working at a…read moretowing company has to make a bit hard to sleep at night, knowing what you have to do to people. However, there are those few times where you can rest easy knowing you helped someone out while they are going through easily the most difficult time of their life. You'd have to be just naturally heartless and enjoy being a dick!!! My RA contacted the police department so a tow truck could come out. When he got there, he said, 'Where's the police?' I said I don't know, we had a flat. The spare has been let down but the ground is too soft and the jack kept sinking. This gentleman charged me $255.00 to change a flat! My boyfriend is a tow truck driver in Shreveport. He told him Man just call your dispatch and tell them this was not a police tow the only thing you have to do is change the tire. He refused to do that and said it doesn't matter the price will be the same. Needless to say, he had to call someone else out because he didn't want to listen to what another man was telling him to do. The other gentleman came out and changed the tire in less than 3 minutes. I pray I never have to use this towing company again! The only thing that stopped us 4 ladies from changing the tire was that we had no boards for the jack to go under!
