We couldn't believe the latter because we had 70 miles in the tank. He towed the car to a dealership that would fix the issue. He suggested that we allow him to leave the key in the gas cap and that we get a jerry can and fill it up and try to start her up. By the time our friend dropped us off at the dealership, Yancy was still there. Because my boyfriend and I are useless with cars, Yancy filled the tank and then injected the fuel into the engine. Sure enough, the car was out of gas. After a good laugh together we thanked him for his time, patience, and expertise. He told him Man just call your dispatch and tell them this was not a police tow the only thing you have to do is change the tire. He refused to do that and said it doesn't matter the price will be the same. In spite of the blatant overcharge, they've now put me to work on a half a day driveway clean-up operation in 100 degree heat and humidity! Brett Guedry, if you are reading this, you need to send a custodian to professionally clean up my driveway where you soiled it, or call me and offer a credit for damaging my driveway and putting me unnecessarily to work on a huge clean-up operation!
