Natural Stone Countertops - Gorgeous quartz that looks like marble for tje kitchen tops and backsplash

Natural Stone Countertops

They did excellent work and I was allowed to help in the layout on the granite. Love the 15 year sealer and am enjoying the new look in my kitchen. I got the full granite backsplash and I couldn't be more pleased.

I would leave zero stars if that were an option. This has been, without question, one of the most…read moreunprofessional experiences I have ever had with a contractor. The communication and customer service were extremely disappointing from start to finish. Before installation, I specifically asked whether the cabinet backing needed to be installed beforehand and was assured that it did not and could be completed afterward. However, within 24 hours of the countertop installation, the countertops began falling apart. When I brought this issue to their attention, rather than taking responsibility for the installation, I was blamed for not providing "additional support," a requirement that had never been communicated to me. Even their own installers acknowledged that the cabinets had been installed nearly perfectly, yet once the countertops began failing, the responsibility was suddenly shifted to the cabinets. When I called to address my concerns, I spoke directly with the owner, Partha. I explained my dissatisfaction with the installation and the lack of communication regarding the necessary preparations beforehand. Instead of acknowledging the issue or attempting to resolve the situation professionally, he accused me of being rude to his employee and proceeded to use vulgar and inappropriate language during our phone conversation. I clarified that my comments to his employee were specifically related to the poor quality of the countertop installation. Rather than addressing the company's mistakes or offering an apology, he chose to argue with me and speak disrespectfully to me as a customer. The entire experience reflects a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I would not do business with Natural Stone Countertops again, and I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing countertops from this company to look elsewhere.

Two things: NEVER let anyone cut granite in your house without the device made to connect to the saw the collects the massive amount of white dust! As the result of not using the right equipment and not sealing my kitchen off it took me three weeks to clean all I could see on surfaces then hire someone to get to fabric, baseboards, blinds, shades and windows. Warning two. Tell your install crew not to put any cans, brushes or rags on your furniture. One of the installers left a rag soaked in a caustic material on my antique ponderosa pine table, causing it to cloud into the wood. The table top had to be completely refinished. My Rocky Tops agreed to pay for that but since the job in April, keeps telling me the "woman who writes the checks" hasn't. I paid for the refinishing in hope that the woman who writes checks would come across the payment due to the customer subjected to carelessness causing damage. These were nice people to deal with and they accommodated me by finding a granite that matched my budget. They just need to be more aware of what they are doing while in someone's home and stand behind their word Now, no one wants to return my call

The initial installation could not be completed because the sink was cutout incorrectly. To their credit, customer service was great, and they corrected the issue. After the countertops were installed, I noticed the sealant was uneven, and they again responded promptly and sent someone out to fix it. I genuinely appreciated how both of those issues were handled. However, my experience took a much more concerning turn afterward. I discovered that one of my security cameras had been moved and was no longer facing my door. Footage from another camera also appeared to show a teenager tapping on my garage door window, seemingly to check whether it was secured. I sent the videos to my sales associate, who said she would pass them along to management. After having to follow up myself, the response I received was that they weren't sure why the camera had been moved because there was no reason to move it, and that the individuals involved had been spoken to. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciated the customer service I received with the countertop issues. However, when something happens on your property that raises security concerns, I believe it deserves more than a delayed response relayed through a sales associate. In my opinion, a phone call directly from the manager, acknowledging what happened and offering a sincere apology, would have been appropriate. The quality of customer service during the initial problems gave me confidence in the company, which made the lack of direct communication and accountability afterward especially disappointing. The countertop issues were corrected, but the way the security concerns were handled left a lasting negative impression. Good customer service is not just about fixing installation mistakes; it is also about how a company responds when something more serious happens.
