Their price was perfect and their work was better than perfect. Fast forward to a month ago: big storm blows down the fence between our yard and our neighbor (hereinafter referred to as "jerk") (his fence, not ours) and our dogs thought their yard just doubled! After trying to keep our dogs out of their yard for 2 weeks, and after jerk decided to go fishing rather than build his fence or communicate his timeline, I sent a snarky text as to when he would finish. He sent a threatening text in return... So after he threatened me and my dogs, I called Mid-Tenn Fence again! I was beside myself thinking he would shoot them or open his gate to let them run away! Scott and Ken swore that they would be out the very next morning with a temporary fence so we could not be bothered by jerk anymore -- and they were!! They quoted me a new fence and put us on the schedule. Even after jerk took 1 month to close the space between our yards, and to end a good 11-year relationship, we decided to put up our own fence to 1) never worry about jerk again, and 2) have a beautiful fence that will only help our resale value! Mid-TN Fence is honest, hard working, reasonably priced, and caring. They worked me into their busy schedule right when I needed them most. I highly recommend them.

We called and they stated that they no-longer service our area (Nolensville), but the website says "We are located in Murfreesboro TN but service all of the Middle Tennessee area." Then the customer service/admin (whoever answered) hung up on us! We were shocked to be treated so poorly. We called back and the woman that answered said "If we fixed the post it would warp again. Wood warps". Then she literally told us to take our business elsewhere. So if this is a statement of their quality and the customer service you can expect, I would stay FAR away. We are so disappointed. We really liked them at first.

When we got quotes, A 1 was one of…read morethe highest quotes we received, but after hearing numerous glowing recommendations of their work and after having seen their portfolio and discussed the job with them, we understood that the fence they were going to build would be of the highest quality. The fence did not go up quickly in a few days. Their team took their time placing the posts and assuring that the concrete was well set before adding the fence panels. As the panels went up, I could not help but notice the care and attention that went into placing every board. My husband commented that the quality of the boards was outstanding and that he can see that they did not skimp on materials. In short they did not throw up this fence and walk away, they installed it with care and I expect the fence will last for many years to come. Unfortunately, the crew dumped everything over the chain link fence onto my property. This included all branches that were trimmed, dirt from the holes dug, and the trim off the 4x4 posts.
