Get all your stuff done and then the girl who's done the waxing or threading on you will hand you a receipt which you then take to the front cash and pay and you're out the door as hairless as Barbie. The prices here are unbeatable most beauty salons charge at least $50 to $60 bucks for a full-leg waxing. Here, they charge you $20 flat. Other beauty salons charge you at least $45 for full Brazilian. Here they charge you $20 flat. Eye brow threading is about five dollars. One of the things that used to drive me crazy was how expensive beauty services in Canada are and how dirt cheap it is in other parts of the world like Turkey or India. There, they understand good grooming is important and non-negotiable and essential so that's why it's affordable to everybody. Here on the other hand it's considered a luxury service and that's why prices are ridiculous at other salons. Not anymore. Come to Dee's Beauty, save money and walk out looking like a million bucks. I didn't know a lot about my skin type prior to visiting Alina but she does such a wonderful job of explaining ones skin type, the products she's using and the process she goes through for the facial. The products she uses are wonderful. After a couple of professional facials with Alina, I decided to purchase some of the products for home use. Alina suggested which products would be good for my skin but she in no way pressured me to purchase them (which is sometimes happen when you go for a facial). The products are so affordable for the quality and I swear by them now (although they are much harder to find now that I'm no longer in the Montreal area). I have now left Montreal and I have not been able to find someone who does facials that I am as happy with as I was with Alina. I found "Eternité" last year through a promotion on "Tuango" for some laser hair removal services…read more The promotion was for a limited amount of treatment (not enough for what I had in mind) but it gave me the opportunity to try the place. An issue which seems common with laser or IPL hair removal is that the promotion are exceptionally cheap but then you run onto a situation where it's hard to get an appointment and you don't always have good service and expertise. Not so here. The promotion being more limited meant that I had no issue getting appointment and service was nice and personal. I continued with "Eternité" once the promotion was over as they offer fairly low rate for laser hair removal. After a year of treatment, all that could be removed with laser was. Laser can't remove the white hair and have quite a few so I switch to electrolysis (which they also offer) treatment for the rest of the job. I want to mention how nice the technicians are. They make you feel comfortable and they are very professional. The salon is in a nice surrounding on Bernard st. in Outremont and the setting is very nice. The place also offer other beauty service aside from laser and electrolysis like facial, manicure, pedicure etc.
