I firstly booked a Caribbean cruise with Lauren ( Sittingbourne TUI) branch that was at the Cruise Show in Olympia, London , she was very helpful, we decided to change our cruise destination after 6 months and before our cruise departure date
Lauren has worked extremely hard in advising and finding us a cruise nearer to our home ( U.K.)
Over time Lauren continued to support me with my many questions ( as we had previously only done 1 cruise on Royal Caribbean- Brilliance of the Seas to the Persian Gulf) therefore I had many questions
She has always returned my calls and replied to my many emails
I highly recommend her customer care and expert professionalism when dealing with me
Although her colleagues tried to assist me in her absence I was not totally satisfied with their efforts
In fact, the last colleague who tried to answer my question about electrical sockets on Explorer 2 ship misinformed me that it catered for the U.K. sockets ( hence no need for adaptors !) I was not happy as I felt she assumed that all of the Marella ships were fitted with U.K. sockets
In fairness to her , she did allude that Lauren has had experience of sailing on Explorer 2 and would be best to answer my questions,
In her honesty she said to me ' whatever I suggest to you you may not accept, so best to speak to Lauren'
Indeed over a year or so I have built up a great customer relationship with Lauren whom I recognise as being excellent and professional in her customer care
