UNRELIABLE AND RUDE - DO NOT USE! I used Taxi Van to move home from university and received an absolutely appalling service. The van arrived more than 5 hours late and carried out extra jobs en route which had not been agreed. The driver illegally used his mobile phone without hands free, making personal calls with me (the customer) in the van. Complaints were brushed off and dealt with in a thuggish manner. No refund was received for the extra jobs which were out of the way and added extra time to my journey. We had paid for sole use of the van. I used these guys for a london removal to kent. I was expecting a good service as they had already had good reviews but wow they exceeded every expectation i had. The driver Peter was so helpful on such a stressful day, they worked well into the night just so i was happy and took much more stuff then i had mentioned.
