just now New August…read more2025 I ordered a building through Duane Ferrel at Premier building. It was delivered to me from the factory on 10 /8/2025, With damages on the metal roof. I hesitated to let them deliver it, but was convinced by the deliver guy that this would be a simple fix within a couple of weeks. In 10/23/2025, I reached out to Duane Ferrel for an update on the repair that needed to be done to the roof explaining to him that this needs to be fixed quickly because of the possibility of bad weather blowing in and creating even more damage to the shed. He texted me back with a message stating that they should be out this weekend if they have the aluminum piece or if not for sure by next week we are now in December and I reached back out to Duane Ferrel leaving him a lengthy message explaining what my next steps will be if I cannot get the shed repaired within a week. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would be very cautious and dealing with his company. There is no sense that we are now sitting on two months with no repairs and very possibly further damage because of their lack of concern for a customer

The guy sat patiently with us going through the changes, giving us sound advice, no pressured upsales. Honest as the day is long. Someone you would feel completely comfortable with sending your mom to if she were buying a storage shed. We designed the shed, then we were promised a delivery date that they actually over delivered on getting it to us 2 weeks early, and that's amazing in todays Covid world. The delivery experience was just as fantastic. The guy maneuvered the building into a tight space that I never dreamed possible and would not leave until he was able to get everything solidly leveled, the doors squared tight and ensured that I was completely satisfied. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

He said that it would be delivered on Monday 10/21 and the driver would call me that morning to confirm the schedule. Well Monday there wasn't any phone call, so on Tuesday I called the salesman and told me that the driver called and left me a msg and also sent me several texts, and I never called back and texted him back. I told him that I never got a phone call or text or msg. He gave me the driver number and I called him (Tyler) he informed me that I was on the schedule for Tuesday at 4:30pm. I agreed.. Well at 5:30 I called the driver no answer, so then I called the salesman he informed me that it'll be delivered Wednesday 10/23 and he'll have the driver call me the next morning. Well Wednesday at 12:30pm I called the salesman and he'd told me to call the driver to schedule. So I called the driver and he'd told me that he'll deliver it between 4:30 and 5:30 that evening. We'll 6:30 the driver calls me me to reschedule for Thursday at 8am, I told him to make it at 9:30am he agreed. At 10:30 I call the salesman back, he informs me that he can't do anything about this problem and I'll have to deal with the driver and that the driver hasn't made it to the lot to pick up the building yet, but he'll be there shortly, and that the driver told him that the appointment was between 9:30-10:30 At 11:30 I call the salesman back again. The driver just left the lot. I inform him of all the problems that we've had and I told him that he can call the driver and cancel my order and refund me and I'll go and purchase from someone else, he tried to say that it takes a long time to deliver these units, I informed him that I only live 4 miles away and either case with all the broken appointments that the driver has done that this is reflection on his business. The driver showed up at my house at 11:35 for delivery. This would and should have been a 5 star review but the delivery process and driver caused this to be a 1 star review

They took my cash deposit on sunday 6-21-20 and told me 2-3 weeks till delivery and setup.
