He listened to our concerns and made it easy to pick all options with choices of our liking. He didnt try to persuade us in anyway. Kept an open mind and answered all our questions. Austin kept us up to date on all issues as they came across his desk. He was very accommodating to see that our shed was constructed before heading back north. After waiting 11 weeks for the permit we had our shed constructed in our back yard within a week. We would recommend Austin to sell you a shed! The 3 men that showed up to assemble the shed on our property were very efficient and very professional. They worked in unison and everyone knew their job. They were very polite and thorough. Some times comical. They cleaned up after themselves and did a couple of walk arounds to make sure everything was done and done right. Very pleased with the results. They provided me with a excellent amount of information needed in construction of the shed in my area. Was directed to the local sales department. Austin was the sales representative in my area. I Love my New Tuff Shed!!! Everyone I worked with was Awesome. From sales. Austin did a Great job making sure I got what I needed in a shed and accessories. Tom was also available to answer any questions I had prior to my purchase. Another Tom in permitting did a Wonderful job working with Cape Coral to get the proper permits and inspections.
