The store entrance is welcoming with bright lights and many model displays for the tile, wood and stone supplies. One area is reserved for pros and customers pick up area, the same area also has complimentary coffee and a vending machine. The management and staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable with either one item or a huge home renovation project! The supplies and orders pickup seem very quick and smooth. I would love to shop here again for future projects because the promotions, attentiveness of employees and material selections!

I 100% DO NOT recommend ever working with this company! They are uneducated, don't know their…read moreproduct, falsely advertise, recommend the wrong product, and then when you pay the money and install it, they don't stand behind any of the so-called "lifetime warranties". I am disabled and full-time in a power wheelchair. I live on a low income. My original floors were getting pretty bad so I went into Floor & Decor and met with their so-called "flooring expert" for their recommendation. I told them I often come in after it's been raining with wet wheels and that I have two older dogs that sometimes have accidents. They recommended to me a product that advertises it is "100% pet proof", "100% waterproof", and the highest rating for durability, being an "AC5". It also claims to have a "lifetime" warranty. I decided to spend the money and replace my flooring because I wanted something that I no longer had to worry about ruining. The flooring was not even in for two weeks when my 6 pound Yorkie missed his little pee pad and got some on the floor. It caused the flooring to delaminate and bubble at the seams where it got on it. I called them and expressed my concern so they sent out a third-party flooring inspector. When that inspector was here, he told me that the product should not have failed like this and that it was faulty. He also asked me if I ever confirmed that this flooring was rated for a power wheelchair. I told him I went by what the expert told me, but never checked for myself. Upon later, checking, it turns out this flooring IS NOT recommended for power wheelchairs because of the torque and the twist of the wheels when you turn and stop. It says overtime the planks will begin to shift and separate at the seams. After I made a claim to Floor & Decor first just about the delamination from where my little 6 pound dog had an accident, they later said they are not responsible for it because the flooring does not guarantee against "pet urine". I asked what part of "100% pet proof" and "100% waterproof" does this not qualify under? Nowhere on the box or in the paperwork inside does it ever specify anything about urine. Obviously, in hindsight, their expert had no idea what they were talking about. I wanted something waterproof, pet proof, and rated for a power, wheelchair and the product I was sold on, paid for, and had installed, apparently meets none of those requirements! Then I tried to simply get this resolved and they basically told me I was up Schitt's Creek because they don't stand behind their products and their so-called experts are allowed to be out there telling lies and falsely advertising what the product says it does. Never ever deal with this company or their crappy ass products and stupid people in your life! You will thank me later! Go to Lowe's or Home Depot where there are much less expensive products, but you have to do your own research. Apparently, even when you go to the experts, you still have to do your own research, which I failed to do and now they won't stand behind! Again, in summary, never ever ever ever trust these people or deal with these people or give them any of your money! They are liars and crooks who do not stand behind their products and are happy to take advantage of handicapped people on low incomes!

My husband is a painting contractor, trim carpenter and wildlife trapper, so he's extremely busy and in meeting Norris, he talked with him about his business and took a look at his truck and the shop setup he has in it. He was extremely impressed by his knowledge, cleanliness and personality so we decided to hire him through Cabinets to Go for our install. We started with our laundry room, and Norris and his worker, Joe, were incredible! Patience, cleanliness, knowledge, ability and attention to detail allowed us the laundry room of our dreams! We continued with our kitchen, which involved many modifications and once again we were not disappointed. (One of our cats even kept them company and they were wonderful with our big dogs!) Norris always has a smile on his face, is polite, and always replied yes to any requests we had, or explained why it wouldn't work. Nora was very communicative with us in scheduling the installs, even when we had to reschedule. She worked us into their schedule and was great to work with as well. Joe was polite, respectful of our home and pets, and very complimentary of Norris and Nora as employers. Our kitchen is custom, even with stock cabinetry, thanks to Norris, Nora and Joe. We are awestruck by what they were able to accomplish for us, we literally got everything we hoped for and more! We're sure we'll be using them again in the future!

Al Santos, who is the owner, takes a direct interest in all the work they do and has a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Recently, we had a problem with one of the sinks in a dual-sink bathroom vanity that FDD cabinets had installed for us. The sink had developed a hairline crack in the porcelain about three years after it was originally installed. I sent an email to FDD and asked them to come out and look at it on a Friday and they said they could come out and replace the sink on the following Monday. When they replaced the sink, they discovered that the manufacturer of the sink being replaced had changed, and the color didn't exactly match the other sink in the same vanity, so Al Santos determined that both sinks needed to be replaced to match. Al went back to FDD for us to get a second sink to match. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is very impressive.

I was amazed that FDD was able , in very short order, to come to the house, do measurements, demo the old cabinets, and install new cabinets all in less than a month . The only reason I took away one star is that we were under the impression that the layout of the replacement cabinets would be identical to the existing, and they were not. We asked FDD to remedy this situation , and they declined. Overall, I do recommend them and would use them again, but I would make absolutely clear what I was buying and what would be delivered.
