The item we were purchasing was very large and very heavy, so my husband asked the cashier if there was somebody that could help us load it if we pulled our vehicle up to the door. She never responded, and she didn't even look up to it knowledge she had heard him, so I repeated the request. That's when she said " if you want to pull your car up I will find somebody to help". My husband went to pull the car up while I waited just inside the door. After a few minutes she saw me standing there and called out to somebody. I watched her tell someone that we needed assistance and it appeared that he heard her as he looked at her and then turned and walked away. About five minutes later I noticed that three of the guys (that I had previously seen outside helping people ) we're standing and joking around with each other right behind our cashier. After a few minutes they all walked away. My husband called me and I had told him we were still waiting and that nobody had come over to me yet. He told me he was just going to come in and get it himself. He came in and got our purchase and took it out to our vehicle when all of a sudden two guys quickly came walking up to help him load it. I noticed there was I Nother vehicle in front of us that were loading their own purchase as well. Those same two employees stood behind them watching them load it. This is a very large building with massive amount of merchandise, however it's not overwhelming…read moredisplayed. I mean that you get a comfortable experience and don't feel as if merchandise is going to "leap into" your cart. Customer service is different sometimes as floor associates must be busy in the back with merchandise. Clerks are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Because our order was so large there was a fraud hold. Order was less than $400. I have to be there with my card to pick up. Cancelled order, if I have to be there I could have just gone with my contractor at 8am and had this done.

He made us feel like we were inconveniencing him, at best. At the same time, my husband listened to other employees yelling about how "Jen took 30 minutes to clean a toilet". Although it might be a valid upset for the business, it's not an appropriate thing to be yelling about in front of customers. Overall, a negative experience here and we won't be back.

If you go looking for businesses on the BBB site don't be fooled by seeing a…read more rating of A+ because they have some silly rating system where they7 just rate, so they can give all businesses registered with them a fair shake. Because you need to look further on the page to see another rating and accreditation. It gives the same rating maybe of A+ because the company has never had any bad marks against them, but then look for the accreditation .... that is their record of them, so it must say rating and accreditation to be the BBB's standing on them. This company's rating may be the same, but you can easily see where they were not accredited with the BBB. This what they told me at the BBB, and I talked to one of the caseworkers . I told them their page set up was confusing. they gave this guy That ripped off my $350 a good while to respond to my complaint, and he never did, so t hey said now ," He will never have the chance to become accredited with the BBB. So, he blew it off of $350. Money I paid him as a deposit I gave him to do my fence, that he did not hold up on his end of the bargain for, and used to buy groceries. He was a huge guy anyway, so he probably could only use the $350 once to feed his face. But he messed up his chance for life to be an accredited member of the BBB. If you even get him over to your place for An estimate, do not let the nice, respectful attitude sway you. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing. If he thinks you have money because you live in a nice part of town in a nice house, BEWARE! and don't let all of his good reviews get you either. If you are the slightest bit older, like I am, BEWARE, he takes advantage of the elderly and your kindness.
