Since receiving the letter the company representative no longer answers my calls, voicemails, or emails. I've tried following up several times for approximately 2 months since I made the claim with no response. $1400 tv was damaged and I will be seeking legal restitution as this company has refused to honor their service. I would note the moving experience wasn't bad, but if an item is damaged by your movers you should honor your claims for damages!!!

In addition, I needed a traverse rod and Nancy helped me make a selection through text, phone calls and email after business hours as we were leaving for Germany in 2 days. Through the internet while I was in Germany, there assistance was greatly appreciated as I placed an order for a custom made non refundable rod. In early November, Nancy called to set up an appointment for the installation and I was called again to confirm the time. They came and installed 3 roman shades, the travers rod and hung my drape. It is wonderful! This professionally created custom drape has added flair and enhanced the look of our dinning room. I had their service dept perform a pre-sale inspection and perform a 100 hr service on it. They also transported it to my local WCTractor 12 miles away since I was running into pick up issues. These professionals were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The tractor stopped working a couple weeks after I got it, and after sharing a video of what was happening with the Temple crew, they felt my issue was due to an oversight in the initial service I paid for. Mike offered to have the tractor picked up and brought back to them for diagnostic and repair. Again, these professionals are going above and beyond normal expectations.
