I tell the guy I want the knives sharpened and ready for pickup that afternoon. Simple enough, right? Wrong. He informs me they ship the knives off to New York, and it takes 2-3 weeks. Weeks. Because clearly, these knives must undergo a spiritual journey before they're deemed worthy of being sharp again. I explain they aren't *that* dull and ask if they can just sharpen them in-house. He says they can--oh, but not the serrated knives, can opener, or scissors. Sure, no problem. I'll take those magical items home and entrust him with just the straight edges. Then he drops another gem: they can "touch up" the knives. Fine by me, as long as I get them back in the afternoon. But wait! Plot twist--he suddenly claims it'll take 2-3 *days* because they "have an event." An event? Are the knives the keynote speakers? Because the store was as empty as my patience at that point. I looked around, saw no sign of this mysterious "event," and finally hit my limit. I stormed out, muttering about how I'd apparently wandered into the Theater of the Absurd. Honestly, what a circus.

Honestly awful service and the one manager that "helped" was to cowardly to come up and actually help by saying no to my face but instead had a kid say "my manager said no" as if that's enough of an answer after waiting for help. I was always a never shop at Lowes kind of person but after being in Jonesboro NEVER shop at Home Depot- go to Lowe's- it's worth it to deal with competent and KIND people.

Most calls, texts, and emails were ignored. The rest were given vague reassurances of progress. It took 3 months and a request for a refund to get the temporary transfer. He showed up 2.5 hours late to the one court date I was informed of and asked the judge for an extension he didn't discuss with me ahead of time. It has been 5 months since he was paid and I have no resolution and he is no longer talking to me. Absolutely unprofessional.
