I was kept on hold for over 10 minutes at which point I was transferred to a recording that only gave me the option for a dial by name directory. I called back and was hung up on twice and the third time a male employee answered and said "we don't want to talk to you and hung up." Must be nice to have so much business that you can turn down transfers. I'll be happy to let the LTC facility and provider's office know not to consider your pharmacy for their compounding needs.

I had my prescription sent to this Madison pharmacy and I spoke to a younger lady who ask me my…read morename and said she received it, i asked if she could tell me how much it was she placed me on hold and then my phone went dead I called back spoke to the owner who was very rude and didn't even ask me my name or date of birth and just told me that they hadn't received my prescription. I proceeded to tell her that I had just spoke to a young lady and she said that she received it and she placed me on hold and the owner continue to tell me that she was the owner and they haven't received it yet and she wasn't gonna tell me again that they did not have it although my doctor always send me a picture after he send it. so i ask if she could check again she said she will and hung up on me. I will never do business here again cause I only wanted to know so I could tell the person who was picking it up for me. so that he had the right amount to pay for it but she was very rude and I can't understand why she would be upset or not even ask my name to know if it was sent. it's not how u do business and she didn't value me as a person or patient now as I texting I received a message that it's ready not even 5 mins after
