Stephen knows coo-coo clocks and was very nice. House calls made it special. He fixed two clocks for us. Highly recommend.

Our 8' tall Howard Miller grandfather clock is priceless to us (most all grandfather clock owners probably feel this same way) and during our recent move from Southern California to Saddlebrooke, AZ there were several issues that arose and each required a real pro to address. We found Steve Fornelius, The Tucson Clock Doctor, on the Howard Miller website and are so thankful we did. Steve did a simply wonderful job of carefully rebuilding, tuning and setting up our clock. He had to take the movement to his shop for a week but brought it back exactly when promised. It went away tarnished from sea air, dull and pretty dirty too and came back spotlessly clean and shiny. Less than a hour later it was working perfectly and never sounding so good. Plus we learned several very helpful tips that we wish we'd known years ago. We've had our clock for over 30 years. Steve at Tucson Clock Doctor is the best. If you have a standing, wall, mantle or cuckoo clock...this is the man to call. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is also VERY reasonably priced. I called him after trying to reach another repair business to no avail to fix my 40 year old Grandmother clock. He setup an appointment to come to my home for the NEXT day...arrived early and resolved the problem in about 5 minutes. He then proceeded to show me several tricks to keep my clock working...cleaned and oiled the works and spent the remainder of an hour adjusting and fine tuning the clock. Said that he would be happy to return at no house call charge if I had any problems, for the next year. Now that's service!!! Call the best and forget the rest.
