This is the only game in town (or Rita Ranch) when it comes to dry cleaning. The staff is friendly and their prices are reasonable.

Response to owner's response to original review: When I…read morebrought in my dress it only had dirt at the bottom. I explained this and that it was dirt from red rock to your staff over the phone when I called to inquire about cleaning the dress. Any person would be emotional to find their prized possessions returned ruined and to be asked to pay $300 for the ruined dress. Any person would also be shocked to be talked to so aggressively while they are processing that their wedding dress is ruined and they are being threatened by Aiden that he would have to "take things from here" if they didn't run their credit card. The staff at Dove Mountain Cleaners were clearly out of their scope and had many opportunities to communicate this to me or inform me of what was happening with the dress throughout the process but they chose not to. It's clear that your company just wanted the money for the services even if you weren't capable of doing the work and it was out of your scope. I have since taken the dress to another company who informed me that the whole dress should never have been soaked in water and that you should have only cleaned the bottom of the dress, as the rest was still white and any small stains on the rest of the dress should have been spot treated only. The other company was shocked that Dove Mountain Cleaners would take a job they aren't competent to complete and then charge me for ruining my dress. It was clear negligence. Your staff being so unwilling to do anything to rectify their mistake is unacceptable and that is an unethical way to do business. The dress in all 3 of the pictures I posted is the same dress and it is illogical to blatantly deny that it is my wedding dress. Anyone looking at those photos can identify that it is in fact the same dress in a bag with a tag showing the dress was serviced at your store on that specific date and time. I also have pictures of the dress still perfectly white except for at the very bottom during the red rock photo shoot (see attached). I would have had to lay on the ground and roll maybe a dozen times to get that dress the same color that you returned it to me in. Let customers be on alert that Dove Mountain Cleaners will not inform customers if they are out of their scope and competency. As evidenced in their reply, they will not take accountability for their mistakes, and they might be so defensive as to even accuse you of a scam if they ruin your items. Take your clothes elsewhere if you care about your items and want them back in the same or better condition than you dropped them off in for cleaning!!

Was ready by 4:30 pm pristinely cleaned and folded. Super friendly customer service. Was more than I expected to pay, but totally got my money's worth. Highly recommended!!

Dear management,…read more I've been dropping off my putrid work clothes at Park Avenue Cleaners for years, mostly because you are convenient, cheap and fast. The service itself is average at best. For years you've been "cash only", and only recently began to accept debit/credit cards, with an associated fee (of course). On 1/24/17, I showed up with my trash bag of suits, and noticed an orange sign on the door announcing that you are raising your prices due to the voter-approved increase in minimum wage. No big deal. You are still the cheapest around, as far as I know. However... The fact that you have a business model built on the backs of America's working poor is NOT my problem nor is it something you should be broadcasting. I'm soooo sorry that you have to pay your employees a living wage. Must be tough. Are you going to post an obnoxious orange sign when the cost of tetrachloroethylene goes up? Of course not! Because no one cares. Politics and business usually aren't a winning combination. Sincerely, Jennifer P P.S. My self-righteous indignation is overshadowed only by my laziness. Lose the sign and I'll be back.

Can you give less than one star? That's not fair, the staff…read moreis always polite and attentive. I have been using them for years with only 2 events. I believe in second chances, that's why 2 events. Losing my uniforms was the first which I moved on from but this most recent was the end and only because no one was willing to call me and at the least attempt to rectify the situation. I dropped off my uniforms again as normal for laundry and starch. When I picked them up they were clean but no starch at all. I have a washing machine. Seriously I needed the starch! It makes a much more professional statement in a uniform. I called to speak with someone and was promised a return call with no response. I suppose if you have a simple service that isn't very important give them a try. They get it right most of the time, but when it goes wrong it goes really wrong.
