She brings her own set-up and products to groom your dog, usually in your laundry room or bathroom, and cleans up superbly when she's done. She services southern Ocean and Atlantic counties and is reasonably priced. Very professional but friendly as well. She always adds a little bow to my little Pommy girl when she's done, and for Christmas she even gave us a CD of all the pictures she's taken of Pom after her groomings :) I don't have experience with other housecall groomers, but this is definitely a great choice if you don't have the time or prefer a more private experience for your dog grooming.

She cares for my babies like they were her own. You just can't get a better groomer then Anna. Her skills are beyond exceptional. I have never had a groomer who did such an excellent job on my babies before. I love her and my babies love her. They don't fear grooming now that Anna is doing them and go crazy when she comes to the house.

You did not handle the situation correctly. I was told on the phone that his DuClaw was already hanging on and scabbing, after dropping him off. This was not true. The injury occurred in your Salon, now two times, from being crated. I check Charlie regularly, to say we neglect him is rude. Just because we get him groomed every 4 months you're going to hold that against us? We're locals, and your salon is overbooked in the summer. Thus, we've had to use other groomers from time to time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by your desk attendant and asked about the injury and she barely could answer me. She just got up and said let me get Beth. Who then came out from the back with an arrogant attitude. I could immediately tell she knew they were in the wrong and that she wasn't going to own up to their mistake. So I paid and left without incident. I was never looking for a free service, just a quality one. I'm in customer service, and I treat people with respect, that is not what you get at the Pet Salon. They offered a tour of the facilities which where very clean and organized. We made a preliminary grooming appointment before the boarding and my dogs were treated like royalty. They did a great job grooming them and keeping them comfortable while they were in their care. Their prices for grooming and boarding where very competitive. When I arrived to pick my Yankee up I was surprised to hear that their credit card system was not working. I do not carry cash on me and since I live so close by I left my phone behind when I left to pick up my dog. The girl at the counter was kind when she asked if I could zelle the payment when I got home, which I had no problem doing. However the "manager" (Chelsea I believe was her name), apparently didn't like the idea of that. She walked over with a nasty attitude asking me "what the problem was" and told me she would not be giving me my dog until I paid. Meanwhile my puppy was screeching for me and scratching under the gate. Obviously this was not a great way to approach the situation and I told her to call her boss to take my card info and let her know I will no longer be bringing my business there because of her managers treatment of me. She had a smirk as if she could care less, which is probably the case to be honest and that's just fine. And they don't know me or all the business I have sent their way that will also follow me after such disrespect. Such a shame. This place was really great until they started hiring these kind of people. Miss the old staff! I will be trying another place next month.
