While here he gave some suggestions and convincingly described how he would do the job with concrete piers to level & anchor and also 4x4 bolstering in the build itself. Joey talked a great game.. clearly knowledgeable and it inspired confidence that this was the guy for the job. I Venmo'd him half the agreed on price that night & in his contract he stated he'd begin work the coming Wednesday. Like I have seen the other reviewer experienced, Tuesday night a text arrived asking to push the start date to Thursday. I reluctantly agreed. Thursday came and he was a no call, no show. Joey responded to my text advising he had a family issue delaying him, but he never arrived. Friday he did arrive and worked for about 3 hours, damaging some boards by over tightening, and left promising to return the next day, Saturday. Saturday past noon arrived and he texted to say he was delayed due to a family member's car crash, but worst case he'd be here first thing Sunday morning to do the job. Sunday has now come and gone, no call, no show from Joey. With few options, I spent the day building it myself. I don't know how he lives with his conscience, constantly breaking his word to folks as seen on the BBB site and here on Yelp. In person he seems like a regular good dude... but his work ethic is about the worst I've ever seen.

I hesitated to pay him, but he said he would return the following workday to do those tasks. As of today, they have not been done. Also, there are multiple contracts for items to be completed with large deposits and they are not done either. Furthermore, the contractor has removed personal property from the residence and will not return. He was given money to purchase addition supplies/materials and has not delivered. Multiple attempts via calling, fb messenger, mobile text and email has been unsuccessful. Save yourself from extreme aggrevation, poor quality work, and thousands of dollars! HE IS A SCAMMER, THIEF, LIAR AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I made this mistake after they ran out of caulk on the french drain they installed with my driveway. They said they'd come back in a day or two and finish and I trusted them....then called for over 2 months to get them to come back to finish . IF you get them to answer the phone, they make idol promises that are not followed up on. After at least a dozen calls/text msgs, I finally did the job myself. The very next day they finally showed up unannounced to finish. I was so upset that I called and left a message as to how upset I was (yes...again, they don't answer the phone..as expected). A half hour later while I was on the phone with my daughter...he called back and left a message claiming that they had texted me and tried called several times but I didn't answer or reply. He also said they were just trying to help me out and that it wasn't part of the contract. REALLY? Who installs a driveway and french drain and doesn't caulk it? That's BS! I'm glad I finished the job myself. I did a better and much cleaner job than they originally did.
