We spent a lot of time researching - this was going to be a big investment so we were cautious with our search. Our efforts and Roser's work turned out to be a welcome relief. They helped us with every aspect of the process - the initial meeting, the appliances, the home visit, the work itself, and the conclusion - which we appreciated. Their identification of concerns/issues was clearly defined for us. We value the relationship as they made complicated problems understandable, explained their suggestions, scheduled then completed the work efficiently, insisted on a walk-through upon completion - and did all of this within the costs and time frame as estimated. From the beginning of the process to the conclusion of the work, everything was well done! We have found a partner in the confusing world of home renovation - we highly recommend Roeser!
