Then I called called Gary and he met with us the next evening. We have a 40 yr 2 story old crawl space home. The AC was 20 yrs old and even with an additional portable AC unit on the 2nd floor was still too hot. Gary did a thorough evaluation to calculate proper sizing and identified a design issue with the downstairs main trunk which was robbing cool air intended for upstairs. He fabricated a new trunk and replaced most of the other downstairs duct work which was in rough shape after 40 years on the dirt floor crawl space. All ductwork is now suspended neatly within the encapsulated crawl space. He did a perfect job of setting the outdoor unit as well which runs quiet and smoothe. Also love the ECOBEE WiFi thermostat and air ionizer. So 4 months later now and 95 deg outside with a perfectly cool comfortable home and great sleep. My original HVAC unit was probably over 20 years old, but the furnace was replaced about 10 years ago. His recommendation (unlike all the others, including the company that sold me the heater in 1014), was to hold off as long as possible on the heater and AC replacement - since they are both working and get the ductwork correct, thereby taking undue load off the existing systems, which should extend their life. The other guys, either knew, or should have known that the ductwork wasn't right, and that selling me new heaters and coolers was not the best way for me to go). Who knows how long my old AC will llast, but I can tell you that my house cools and heats much better after the ductwork correct. You guys have a loyal customer now, and I know who I am going to trust when I do need a new system. Thank you!

He used scare tactics and backhand insults to try and sell me a new unit costing $3400. He was in and out with my $100 after being there about 10 minutes. These are the people that make it hard to trust these home service businesses. I would stay far from these guys. I have an old friend that happens to be an Engineer and a HVAC tech. He has worked on my furnace and A/C over the years. He was not available until after hours and I wanted my air back on faster because it was so cold, so I decided to get these guys out sooner. Terrible mistake! Justin thought he could run a fast one! He removed my fan and pointed to a vent that is designed to be there and tell me that is the reason Carbon Monoxide is going to come up through my vents into my house and kill us! Disgusting! Sooooo dishonest! My guy actually tested the fan and the circuit board and identified the actual issue, which didn't require the unit replaced just the fan and the circuit board. My initial code was the pressure switch stuck open/closed btw.
