Which reminds me that I need to write another review. But since the fence and deck it damaged were mine, I immediately called my insurance agent. Fast forward to having a recommended deck and fence person that was recommended come out, give a quote, and then ghost, then you have me using the handy dandy Request A Quote feature on Yelp. Fencing Unlimited was the only one to respond and Alex was very quick in all responses. He came out and gave me a quote the very next week on that and another small project I had. He was up front and said it might be a few weeks before he could do it since he had a few other major projects going at the same time. I appreciated his honesty and was happy to wait. The only issue I had is that he went radio silent for more than a few weeks. But like I said, he was busy and I get that. So after a quick phone call, he said he would have people out the very next week. Which he did. They did amazing work. They even went above and beyond and fix some of our loose spindles even though I didn't ask. When he came to check on the work (which a recent contractor never did), he apologized for the delay. I was very pleased with the work they did and all my interactions with Alex. Note that they do far more than decks and fences and if I do any other house renovations, I will definitely give them a call.

Rufus was able to provide the exact driveway we wanted. The driveway looks great and it improved the curb appeal of our home. It tooks a few weeks on the schedule but the wait was well worth it. They arrived each day at the exact time we were told they would be here. My property was left clean each day. Rufus works right along with his crew. The whole job was very smooth and very well ran. Campbell looked and advised replacing instead of patching. I agreed. He was backed up for months. When my turn arrived three months later I was trying a lawsuit out-of-town. If I did not let them go ahead I'd go to the back of the line again. He'd warned me that would be the case. So I crossed my fingers and let them pave too long driveways and large parking pad next to an expensive pool deck. An assistant at my office paid them. On my returned I was shocked. Everything was perfect. No mess and not a blade of grass out of place. I would not have expected this level of care if I'd stayed home to be the straw-boss. Truly exceptional work. They say integrity is judged by what you do when nobody is watching. These guys proved to me that they have integrity.

Negatives: I was charged $600 (in addition to the higher weekend fee to come out) for a repair that took 20 minutes and required no parts. It was two different charges that didn't really make sense because you couldn't have really done one without the other. It felt like I was taken advantage of as a single woman on a holiday weekend who didn't know how easy/quick the repair would be when I agreed to the cost. The service man also told me that the credit card payment on his tablet wasn't working so I had to pay by check. I wasn't planning to dispute a charge, but this made it to where I didn't have the option. I responded to two different text surveys with this rating and information and was assured both times that the service manager would follow up and they never did. My father also called multiple times and never got follow up. I was waiting until we heard back from them before I posted a negative review (I communicated this to them), but it's now been over 4 weeks. I have used them for repairs before without issue, but will not be using them again and would not recommend them to my friends/family/neighbors.
