We have had Sharon Thomas with St Clair Home Town Properties (REMAX) manage our property for years and we have never had a vacancy. We had been with two different property managers before hiring Sharon Thomas to manage our property and i must say Sharon has been great. The two companies we were previously with were terribly incompetent, this is why we were only with them for a very short period of time. St Clair Home Town Properties handled all of our tenant maintenance issues and request in a timely manner and were always there to respond to our phone calls and request. The only reason we no longer need Sharon with St Clair Home Town Properties to manage our rental is because we sold our rental property in Moody Al. The sale of our property was also handled by the Sharon Thomas and i have to say she handled it very professionally. Our property sold in a very reasonable amount of time .
