He left, and then came back while I was gone, and only my 16 year old daughter was home alone. He stayed in my driveway until I returned, which frightened her. He said "this isn't the full amount" When I reminded him that we agreed on a payment plan, he said I have had ample time and I needed to pay him off RIGHT NOW. I said I didn't know if I could do that on the spot and didn't feel comfortable spending that much without consulting my husband. He then proceeded to talk down to me and told me to take out a loan to pay him immediately. Today I received a call from him cussing at me and calling me "stupid" after I tried explaining our position right now. (Including hospitalization for my son with seizures, and a cancer diagnosis/surgery) because I was hoping he would still work with us on the payment plan that we agreed upon.
