After waiting for an hour after the appointment, they called and said they weren't going to service our address. I called a few places and no one had availability. Superior was my 3rd call and I spoke to Kevin. He spent probably 45 minutes with me on the phone, diagnosing the issue with my furnace - a faulty igniter. After he told me he probably didn't have one as my furnace is uncommon in Michigan (a Lennox), he directed me to a store where I may be able to find the part. I was able to find the part, and with his guidance, I was able to install the part and spent about $30 in total. This type of service may not have earned Superior any sales yesterday, but it earned them a customer for life. I will definitely be going to Superior when it's time to replace the AC, hot water heater, and furnace.

Since I last…read moreused them they were bought by Kotz heating so when I had a few plumbing services needed I again called them. This experience was a total disaster. The tech that was sent out refused to repair a leak in my built in whirlpool tub drain stating parts were no longer available and I would need to replace the tub. So I then bought a tool needed to unscrew the tub drain strainer and used some new plumbers putty to reseal the drain, TUB FIXED. Also needed a 3/4 inch copper valve replaced and was given a quote of $341.00. I decided that was way to high and I would do the job myself. The total work time for me was 25 minutes and $14.00 for the valve. In effect I was to be charged over $600 per hour labor by the plumber!
