Mangold's team was responsive, professional, kind, and helped up solution for our situation. Their team came out and broke down all the slabs into manageable chunks that I was then able to use to create garden pathways and garden beds out of. Their prices were reasonable, they were accommodating to my slightly odd request, and they worked fast! I was scheduled within a couple of days with service completed within a couple of hours. They were incredible, I can't recommend them enough! 100/10!

Brett climbed most of the trees and lowered branches before falling the tree. The equipment he utilized was ingenious and helped remove the trees that were surrounded by a large home and outbuildings. Brett had some clever ideas for two trees that still allow us to view the trunks without the danger of crashing into the house in a windstorm. The mastery of being able to not damage building or smaller trees was amazing to watch and very comforting, knowing they knew what they were doing! Our job was an almost two week job and the crew returned each day ready to go and energized to take on the task at hand. We were very pleased with his service, professionalism and get-it-done attitude. Five Star company and a five star owner! Thanks Brett.

I worked with Johnny Burrows as the estimator, and later as the project manager. We reviewed the work proposed, and I was impressed with the extent of the work that would be accomplished in a single day. The cost was less than I expected, and the results - Wow! I was very impressed with the quality of the work done and the attention to detail. I highly recommend Johnny Burrows and Grand-View landscaping for any project you may have that involves grounds beautification. They have done an excellent job for me, and I believe that you would receive the same standard of work excellence.

We had Aspen Creek design and install a specialized equestrian irrigation system. Obviously the water froze and broke several lines. After several phone calls and promises to come out with an irrigation service person, no one ever showed up or called back. Since there was no stated "warranty" on the work, I have no recourse but to hire someone else to fix this. As I've unfortunately read too late in many of these other reviews, this seems to be common.

While some aspects were positive - the yard…read moredesign is improved and the installation crew was hard-working - there were many frustrations, primarily with poor communication and follow through. We asked for hardscaping ideas and they had nothing to offer. Our Rainbird irrigation system leaves bone dry patches and flooded areas so plants die. Aspen Creek replanted the same plants only to die again. We have waited a year for the final design plan and plant list that has never come despite continued promises. Our sod is dying because the soil grade isn't correct. If you want good customer service, timely follow and clear communication, consider other landscaping companies. For what we paid, I would expect far better treatment. We have reached out many, many times, even trying to reach this business owner.

It was amazing watching how they cut the tree down and the level of detail - very hard work. They were really easy to work with and even cleaned up our yard after they were done. I felt the pricing was very reasonable and we received a 10% off first time through Angie's List. We plan to work with them again in the Fall to trim 70+ Arborvitae, tighten up the canopy on the Japanese Maples and probably take down our Monterey Pine. I highly recommend them. It always bums me out to write a bad review about a small, local business, but I have to be honest…read moreabout my experience with them as I had a similar experience to other low reviews here. Sent a quote request for a yard cleanup and bi-weekly upkeep to a few different own care companies, and they were the fastest to reply. They came out the next day, gave me a great price, and we scheduled the cleanup. They were late the first day they came, but we understood that things happen and didn't mind too much. I would describe the service they provided as "fine." They didn't do everything they needed to do, and when I asked them about the stuff that still needed to be taken care of, they said they'd come back to to finish it. That didn't happen - they just came back to provide the regular maintenance. They came a few more times, but each time it seemed they forgot something (no weed pulling, no trimming of the bushes, leaving bramble behind, etc). I really got the sense that they didn't care about providing the service; that was confirmed when they stopped showing up. We never had a conversation about it...they just completely ghosted us. I tried reaching out to them, but it was radio silence. Something else that made me incredibly uncomfortable is that they don't offer invoices. They just want payment through Venmo. As other people have said, this business can be unprofessional. My advice would be to pay a bit more somewhere else for more reliable service and communication.

I'm honestly disappointed that they agreed on a time to show up and then completely left me hanging. And then for me to put in extra effort to reach out again just to have them ignore shows me they aren't too serious about new business nor the time and energy from potential customers.
