I went to trusty old yelp to find someone that could repair it. I found RA appliance & we gave them a call, a gentleman name Rolando answered & said he would come take a look at it in a couple of hours, so he came over found that the fan was no longer working & it just so happens he had a fan in his truck that would do the trick. He installed it with no issues, reasonable pricing & that was that, in & out same day service, everything is working fine. Problem resolved & everyone is happy. Very professional highly recommend.     Unfortunately, I changed my opinion of this business after our numerous refrigerator parts repairs…read moreand the latest interaction regarding the fridge side still not cooling down even after replacing the motherboard, the cooling fan, and the damper door. We had to find another fridge tech (Sergio from Miami Refrigerator Repair) who was able to diagnose the REAL reason why the fridge side was NOT cooling down even after it had several parts replaced by this company. Sergio was able to order and install the CORRECT motherboard part for our refrigerator's exact model after Sergio saw that the previous tech from this company had INCORRECTLY installed a motherboard part that was not the correct part model for our GE fridge, which is WHY our fridge's newly replaced damper door was NOT OPENING nor CLOSING during a cooling and defrosting cycle!!!‍ Now that Sergio of Miami Refrigerator Repair has replaced the previously NEWLY changed board with a correct board part for our fridge's previous NEWLY changed damper door the fridge side is FINALLY working and cooling our entire fridge side at setting 5 and the cooling damper door is FINALLY OPENING and CLOSING during the fridge's normal cooling/defrosting cycles!!! Thanks to Sergio of Miami Refrigerator Refrigerator Repair our fridge side is cooling again! I would use Sergio's services again for both refrigerator and A/C services.     Dryer went out on a Friday morning. By Saturday afternoon Berne had a tech out. Jayla was very…read morefriendly in taking my appointment. They kept me updated with texts and when to expect my technician. It took Aleksei (our tech) about 10 minutes to pull dryer apart, diagnose problems and offer a fair estimate. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. Aleksei was friendly, worked efficiently and left our home clean. I would definitely call them again for any urgent needs.

The first couple of times they were great, especially Nikita, but…read morethe last two times I had a terrible experience, mostly centered around communication and payment. The challenges were primarily in two areas: 1. Shipment Delays (a) The parts they ordered were supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days, but they actually arrived after 10 business days. (b) During that time, I had to call multiple times to ask for an update. (c) Every time I called, it took 10-15 minutes for them to find the right account. (d) The updates were usually inconsistent: they either didn't know when parts would arrive or claimed they would arrive tomorrow, which was never the case. 2. Payment and Notifications (a) I had challenges with payments not going through, which further delayed the ordering of parts. (b) They continue to send me notifications about outstanding payments, despite the fact that I already paid those invoices and confirmed with them that the payment was received. (c) I have asked them multiple times to stop sending these notifications, but I am still receiving them. Overall, I had to call them six or seven times for each repair service request in the last two instances. It was a significant burden on my time just to get the requests resolved.
