Eventually, I found Hana, and I have been requesting her whenever possible ever since. She is amazing. The entire staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit enjoyable. I usually bring in an inspiration picture for my manicure, and Hana always does a fantastic job bringing it to life. She really pays attention to detail and makes sure everything looks just right. I have also had several pedicures here, and they are always relaxing and well done. On top of that, I get my eyebrows waxed here, and they come out perfect every time. Came here for the first time with a friend to get manicures and pedicures. The experience started off great -- Chau did my pedicure and really took her time, paid attention to detail, and even checked in to make sure I liked the final result. I really appreciated that level of care. Unfortunately, my manicure with Carri was a completely different story. I explained to her that I wanted to add tips to the broken nails so they'd all be the same length. She immediately started doing a full dip manicure. I had never tried dip before but trusted her judgment, assuming she would give the same level of attention as I received for my pedicure. Throughout the manicure, she didn't check in with me once to see if I liked the shape, didn't really file or shape them at all, and barely engaged with me. By the end, my nails looked thick and uneven -- like they had bubbles at the tips. The dip was unfiled and unshaped, and I felt really disappointed, especially since the total for both services was $130. At first, I was going to leave without saying anything, but my friend convinced me to go back in. They sat me down to fix them, but instead of having another tech help, they had the same person come over. She was clearly upset and told me it was my fault my nails looked like that, saying that's just the shape of my natural nails and I should ask for something else next time. I wanted to tell her that I didn't even ask for dip to begin with, but by that point, I just felt uncomfortable and ready to leave. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and I was happy to wait and let them fix it -- but the way I was spoken to and the rushed job really turned me off from wanting to come back. I don't mind paying a premium price for a great service, but my manicure felt extremely rushed and not worth the cost. Mani pedi yesterday $90 plus tip. Gel polish is on my cuticles on most nails and skin on sides of nails. Pointer finger nail was oddly filed so looks like it has additonal tag underneath with no polish. Not much care with polish application or nail prep. $110 is a lot for really mediocre result. Should have read reviews before booking here. The space is nice and looks efficient. I am new to the area and wanted to try T T Nails. I was very surprised at how large the Salon is. The staff was professional and efficient. I had a mani/pedi which I was satisfied with when I left the salon at 6pm. By 10 am the next morning 2 of my nails were chipping. I went back to the salon and requested to have a redo. Unfortunately, I did not have time right then and there. I had a drs appointment that I had to get to. They suggested I come back the next day. Again, I could not do this because I was going out of town. I asked for a rain check..to come back at another time. I was told NO ..I had to do it then or the next day, which was not possible. Also they might consider communicating better between each other. I let them know on the online form what service I am there for. The lady I had almost soaked my nails off while I was getting a fill. He asked what shape I wanted and I said NOT square but I wanted rounded, I got square and shorter than I wanted. He was upset that I said they were too long so he probably thought it was a way to get back at me. When I left I noticed what I thought was polish on my fingers and palm, however it was Blood! The manager (? Owner) has absolutely no personality! He doesn't talk to the customers and just points to where they should sit. He acts like a dictator when dealing with his staff. I had a pedicure that was anything but relaxing. The tech, Ann, complained about her previous client the whole time to the tech next to us giving a pedi. Also, she barely looked at me, pushed my feet when she wanted the next one in a rough way, and yelled at me for splashing her-it was a drop if anything. She yelled, "Take it easy!", like I did it on purpose and she was soaked. It was embarrassing and so obnoxious. She was very rough and you can tell hates her job. She kicked me out of the seat and wouldn't let my paint dry so I smudged one getting up. As I was paying, I asked the owner if she could touch up a toe. He asked her to do it and she was furious! We were near the place where you pick out your color. She yelled, "I can't do it here! Go sit down!". I was making my way there but I guess not moving fast enough. I looked at the manager and said, "Can someone else do it?". Instead of getting mad at her he said, "She can't do it here, you need to go to a chair." I was going to a chair! Did they think I was going to sit on the floor and have her do it? I can't believe he defended her bad behavior. I paid for a service that was crap, and they act like they are doing you a huge favor. Went about a week ago to get my nails done because I pick at my natural nails, and I was just feeling pretty down on myself self esteem wise because of how short they are due to my picking. I asked for the powder dip nails, which I've gotten before at other salons so I was familiar with the process. I showed the mail tech a picture of what I wanted, and got something completely different. First pic is what I asked for, second and third pic are what I got. My false nails were VERY misshapen and domed at the top, and they looked very fake. I left not wanting to cause a scene, but I came back about an hour later and spoke to the very unhelpful man at the front desk. I asked him if there was anything that could be done to fix it, and he said that they could paint over it, but they couldn't do it today. He didn't even offer me my money back for awful nails that would likely be on my fingers for about 2 weeks. I left very upset and feeling worse about my nails than when I had walked in. Today is Thursday, and I was in on Sunday (4 days ago). I noticed after leaving that my nails had bubbled, and then I tried reaching the salon via email after my mani started to get worse (I also sent pictures), and I did not receive a reply back. I called them today, and they asked me to come in... inconvenient but I understand. When I got there, the owner of the salon proceeded to laugh at me when I told him I didnt have time to sit down again for them to redo my nails and proceeded to tell me over and over that i can just sit down and have them done again. I mentioned that I was very upset that they would not refund this and he proceeded to tell me its their "policy" to not refund anything (I attached their policies for reference in this review and no where does it state that they do not do refunds for an error on their end.) I am humiliated that I was laughed at for being a concerned customer with a valid concern. The owner is completely unprofessional and quite frankly, a liar. Really terrible. Every nail is a different shape. My toe nails are crooked. said something to the man at the desk. Couldn't care less. When I got home, I realized from start to finish, the tech spent less than 1 hour on a mani and pedi. She started at 12:15. I was in my driveway at 1:19. I want a full refund of $83. But the phone never answers. I can still see my nails thru the polish. Gave TT Nails one last shot hoping I'd get the same service I'd gotten from my first ever visit a few summers ago. Within 1 day of getting acrylics, most of them were lifting off my natural nails, one popped off altogether. I wanted cute festive nails for the holiday, and they looked awful and dingy before the holiday came around. Photos with red glitter tips were taken a week after I got them done. Chuck always does an amazing job. He gets "5 stars" but the scheduling is ridiculous. I made an appointment for 3:30 and wasn't seen until 4:00. If you plan on getting your nails done account to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes after your schedule appointment. They didn't even offer a discount either. Went for the deluxe pedi. Tech sold me on callous removal fir an extra $5. It wasn't worth it. My feet were still rough on the bottoms. Massage was good. I'd give it another try to just to see if they had a better staff member. One thing also- the place was pretty empty but they didn't keep empty chairs between clients. Two friends came together and asked to be side by side...fine no problem there but they put them right next to me with plastic sheet which is better than nothing but it just wasn't necessary. I've reached out to the email that was provided on the website as well as Facebook messenger and no response. I got a gel manicure on Tuesday and by Thursday, it already chipped and was peeling off. I had to get my nails re-done at a different salon in Maine before my wedding on Saturday. They completed a regular pedicure and gel manicure in less than an hour. This is the WORST place I've ever been to. Made an appointment for a mani/pedi. From the second the man sat down to do my pedi he had an attitude. He did not even file or buff the nails and cut them completely crooked. Not to mention he was sick and wiping his nose and not washing his hands. I went to get a pedicure the other day and not only other prices expensive. but the service was horrible. I had a 12 o'clock appointment which I wasn't even taken in until 1 o'clock and once I was in the chair, I waited another 15 minutes after that before the girl came over. Then she cut my toes in three different places one so bad that she had trouble getting it to stop bleeding and then I had asked her to put acrylic on my big toes because I have a tendency to break the toes pretty easily, and she refused to do what I asked you. I asked her three different times and she said no. I'll put a dip on it, after that, I just said yeah whatever cause I couldn't even understand what she was honestly saying to the girl next to me in the language they speak then I know I had paid for the most expensive pedicure and she forgot to do the hot rocks, as well as the paraffin dip she did it right as she was I was ready to leave she's ago because I had to remind her with all this being said, I don't recommend this come this nail salon. This place has always been super clean and now they check your temp and have you sign a policy form which is very smart of them! They all do an amazing job I haven't had any issues with them and I've been going since they opened! Covid won't take them down and they all do an amazing job to stay protected. I have been there 3 times and every single time they are extremely late! I had an 1130am appointment and was finally seen at 12:10! The tech apologized saying they were short staffed but that should have been communicated that the time did not work! I now am dealing with an infected toe now because the tech dug in and never put any antiseptic on it after making me bleed. I've gone here a few times, they're not bad for a quick one off pedicure every now and again, but not for acrylics. The nails I got from the very first day were crooked. I paid 80 bucks for them. The paint job was pretty lazy though I asked for a specific design. They were very rough, my nails often times burning and throbbing due to them filing them so aggressively. My nail popped entirely off my finger after 2 weeks and I'm now left with my pinkie finger exposed and having yellow glue on it. The glue they used said something along the lines of "kids glue" on it. I now need to go have it put back in which they're likely going to charge me for. read more
