I called ahead of time for pricing ($45-$55). When I got there I shared an image of what I wanted (image with gold ring) and asked if they could do that. They said yes so we started. The length wasn't checked with me, the color wasn't checked with me and after one nail I showed the picture again and she said she got it so I trusted her. I had to stop and ask for what the image was showing and then she said she couldn't do it. Then when I went to pay it, the price was $65. I also got cut on 4 fingers through the process. This place has the worst customer service. it is a shame as they actually do a good job when you are willing to sit around for hours and get in. they don't take appointment and you get there and every time they say 45 minutes and busy. Then you call and they tell yikes to come and then tell you they are busy. My first time here with a friend. I will never return and advised my friend to find somewhere else to go. The guy was rude and ignorant. He was upset I guess because I did not want the gel pedicure only wanted the regular pedicure. He cleaned the foot scrubber in the same water as I was having my pedicure in. Yuk! that is unsanitary and gross! I will let state board know about my experience. Learn ENGLISH, for it is the primary language here in the US. You need to know it and speak it well so you are not confused or uncertain. Treat ALL customers as if you were the customer for we keep you in business. My money matters! read more

I will NEVER get my nails done at this awful salon EVER again. I got my nails done here a week ago and after a week my nails were hurting so bad I couldn't take it so I took the dip powder off. When I soaked them off and looked at them I wanted to cry when I saw that two of my nails were extremely bruised and two of them were cracked and peeling. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER step foot in this salon because I would never want what happened to my nails to someone else. If I could give this salon negative reviews I would. I attached pictures of my nails before I soaked them off as well as after. ***UPDATE: the "bruising" on my nails are not bruises. The "bruising" actually got worse so I had to go to a dermatologist. If I can rate this a 0/5 I would... the customer service was horrendous, employees RUSHHH through your appointment... like my pedicure took 10 minutes because it was not properly done, shaped, or painted well (LITTERALLY the paint looked chunky on my toes), I went to get my tips done as well and the lady who was doing it was jumping back and forth to different customers (NOT washing her hands or using any hygiene between)... she also rushed through as well leaving my tips uneven, poorly shaped and chunky... OHHH AND topping on the cake was when she was leaving me for another customer she had the NERVEEE to ask me to help call her customers that are on the waiting list to come in... are you kidding me??? Aren't I the customer? I don't work for you!!!! Oh and charged me 95$ for this shit job... so expensive. So rude.... I don't know how this business is still running. It was the absolute worst nail experience ever! I've waited a week to decide if maybe it was an initial shock but they are terrible. The lady that did my nails was rude and laughed at other customers and glued my nails and then ripped off the ones that didn't fit instead of sizing first. I had to tell her multiple times what I wanted and it seemed like a bother every time. And I asked for a coffin shape which she obviously can't do but charged me extra for. And my nails are left lumpy and looking terrible just save your money because you'll have to go somewhere else to get them fixed anyway. read more

this place is horrible and it was the worst $85 pedicure I ever spent! the lady told me it would be $55 but it was $30 more and the entire pedicure I got talked about between the owner and her daughter. the owner also cut the heck out of my toe leaving me to be bleeding and burning the entire time while she told her daughter that it was fine because I don't have pretty toes anyways. I had a horrible experience here. I went in for a fill and for my daughter to get a gel manicure. Not only was the man extremely rude, guy he was rough with me. He hurt me, broke skin and made me bleed. My daughter decided after watching me endure the pain I was going through. To not get her nails done. I think maybe they should think about the customers and maybe crack a smile. It might bring more people in. I have had my nails done a couple times At TT nail spa In boardman. Today was my last visit. It was very unprofessional.... The owners ( husband and wife) got into a yelling screaming argument while getting my nails done. I couldn't get up and walk out as I was in the middle of a process. I was completely uncomfortable and anxious!!! The woman actually grabbed the man around the neck to make him look closer at my nails. Obviously they were not gone correctly.... At that point I just wanted to get out. It was stressful. I received an apology but not a discount for the inferior work. But after that display I will never go back again !!! I honestly wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. I'm not a fan of this place. They push for you to get gel nails and if you say no the pretty much bully you into getting them. But, I called YESTERDAY the lady told me to come between 11-1130 and I will get my pedicure. So I get there at 11:10 the lady tells me 30 mins and to write my name and number and they will call me. I said okay I will be in my car waiting. I was still waiting an hour and a half. I understand it's Easter weekend and they would be busy. But don't say 30 mins when you know it's going to be way longer then that. I tried calling to tell them I'm not waiting anymore but every time I called they answered the phone and hung up. I started going here about 4 months ago, and was mostly satisfied with the service. My last experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer and embarrassed. After being what I felt was coercion into getting gel services, the owner mislead me with the pricing. When it was time to pay my bill was $20 higher than what she quoted me. I tried to clarify what she said and she started to over talk me and yell. I reiterated I like the service and have no problem with paying but her communication was misleading (which I felt was intentional) and not clear at all. she proceeded to start yelling again and said she would not debate with me. I went to TT for the first time yesterday. I asked for a full set and fir them to be a little on the shirt side. The tech applied the tips and trimmed them- perfect length. After applying the acrylic, i didn't realize how much of the length she continued to remove. When I left the salon I wasn't pleased but said it was ok and left a generous tip. After really looking at my nails they were awful! Not only were they too short, they were EXTREMELY THICK and orb looking. They weren't shaped evenly either. I thought to myself- I'll go have them redo my nails after work today. There was a sign at the register stating that if you have any issues with your nails they'll fix it within three days. The tech proceeded to tell me all she would do was grind some acrylic off. That for her to redo them, I'd have to pay. I've never been more angry and disgusted with a nail salon as this place. The nail salon is clean and they do a nice job. However, I have gone here twice and there was pressure both times to do gel nails. I had to decline gel polish several times and I was charged 3.00 for taking my nail polish off and six dollars for additional sparkle over coat on my regular nail polish, in total I paid 28.00 for a fill. I went here to get my nails done before prom. I do not go to nail salons often at all but I wanted to treat myself for this special occasion. During my pedicure, my technician was aggressive and rushed through the entire thing, making it hard to enjoy the experience. By the end of it, half of my toes had spots that he had missed when painting or were just smudged entirely but then would not fix them. I was then rushed to the next station for a technician to do my nails. I wanted gel put on my natural nails but my technician made it rather apparent that she did not care about what I wanted. Before I could stop her she cut off my beautiful, long natural nails and started prepping me for acrylics although I never asked for this. I let her continue because at this point there wasn't much I could do with my nails at that point (although I realize that I shouldn't have). I requested a coffin shape on the acrylics which she ignored and filed them into an uneven square/oval shape. During this process she was rather aggressive and made my hand bleed from the nail file she was using. While she was applying a light blue base color, I asked if she would put glitter on my ring finger. She told me no. I was confused and am often quiet so I just left it alone although I didn't understand. Thankfully the women seated next to me overheard this conversation and asked my technician why she wouldn't put glitter on my nail as I had requested, as she had just had the same thing done to her nails. The nail tech then denied saying this and threw a gob of glitter on my nails while muttering under her breath. The rest of my experience was rushed through and uncomfortable. Approximately $150 later, I was in tears before I even made it out of the parking lot. My nails and toes looked awful. That night I removed all of the acrylics and toe nail polish to redo them myself and put on some press-on nails that I had bought at the drug store. If I could rate this with 0 stars, I would. My daughter told her she missed some areas and the tech literally told her to get gel polish next time. I will not be going back. Not only did the lady rip up my nails and give me a completely different color than I wanted, but she was rude and threw my hands around like I was the problem. Absolutely Terrible!!! I would rate lower if I could. My daughter went there yesterday to get her nails done for prom. The lady was extremely rude. My daughter is very shy and quiet and I sure wish she would have spoken up to the lady. She asked if she could have one finger painted a different color and was told NO. Another customer kept asking why she couldn't have a finger done a different color. The lady just kept saying NO. She asked about getting the nails shaped and was told NO. During all this, the lady slapped my daughters hands a couple times. Slammed her hands down on the table. After $70, and a very upset daughter, her mom stayed up late redoing her nails. They weren't on all the way, cut too short, her toe nails were half painted. I could have done better. I understand people have bad days. But you don't treat customers like that.
