The first time I came here I was actually acknowledged and seated almost right away and the lady helped me pick a color and was very sweet and did a good job on my nails.. so I decided to come back because of the good experience I had. However the last time I went the complete opposite happened. I had an appointment scheduled I came right on time, signed in and waited. Everyone was working on someone... whatever not a big deal I'm sure I'll get seated right away I have an appointment..... but nope. I wasn't even acknowledged. No one even looked up. That's horrible customer service. I waited 15 minutes and left. I had an appointment I shouldn't have had to wait that long let alone not even be acknowledged. It was a waste of my time. I recommend going to another salon where they actually acknowledge you. How they don't even acknowledge their paying customers is truly beyond me. I definitely learned my lesson and will not be returning. I hate leaving bad reviews especially since my first experience was so good but I have to with how horrible their customer service was. Hopefully they can learn from this. read more

They got two of us in for a pedicure last minute on a Saturday which was nice. I asked for a mani/pedi but they didn't do them at the same time so I ended up with just the pedi. There were a couple of girls sitting and not working which made me wonder if one of them could have done my mani at the same time. The girl who did my pedi did a pretty good job. I asked for a few specific things and she decided to talk me out of everything I asked for. This is honestly really an annoyance to me as I get a pedicure at least once a month and have for probably at least 15 years. I know what I like. It was nothing major but it would have made the experience better. Overall I walked out with a good pedi so that's what matters most. As for price, it appears to be average for the area. read more

This place is clean and when my 2 daughters and I went for pedicures we were very pleased. They use liners in the tubs for your pedicure. All salons are supposed to use them, but they do not. My polish was beautiful and stayed on forever. We will be back. read more

1 star for acrylic nails: 4 stars for pedicure. This place is under new management and not for the better. They seemed rushed and have a lower standard of quality as acrylics go. I asked the owner 3 times to push back and round my cuticles and she just sawed it down and ignored my request. As a result I have square nails where the bed of the nail should be rounded. In addition, I asked to wash my hands prior to being painted due to the amount of dust accumulated and was told no, that they do it at the end. I didn't like that my requests were ignored and rejected. Definitely will continue to go for the pedicure but I suggest elsewhere for a manicure! read more

The best value. I was in town for a wedding, and decided to get a manicure, which I never do. I feel like it's a waste of money and they never look good for more than a few hours maybe a day tops. Well they had a pedicure and manicure special. Needless to say it has been 6 days and today is the first day my polish has chipped. Mind you I'm a nurse and I'm super tough with my hands as I also wash them a million times a day. Oh, and it was a regular polish manicure.
