This was by far the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. The service was absolutely terrible--I waited over two hours just to end up with a rushed, poorly done set of nails. The man doing my nails clearly had no idea what he was doing. Every nail was filed unevenly and at a diagonal angle. I came in this place to get my hands and feet done it was so busy they ended up only getting my feet done the first day I came.... The second day I came I had made a scheduled appointment and they had taken at least four women before me although I had an appointment so I left the second day... On the third day I finally got my nails done and the lady did a horrible horrible job my nails weren't fully painted on certain nails, there's nail polish falling off the sides of my nails the shape is horrible.... I call and say I don't like my nails and they told me to return the next day So today I go to star nails to get my nails fixed and the manager basically refused to fix my nails. I even offered more money. He said he could give me half of a refund. And I refused to accept that. These nails are straight up awful. The customer is always right!! I even asked a couple of women in the lobby if they liked my nails and they said straight up no!! I'm not normally bitchey about service but this place is awful the ONLY thing great about this place is that it's the nicest nail salon around. Which is a lie, I signed in with my mobile number and it worked fine so I was already in their system, and I never received a call. My sister and I walked in to this salon on a Monday morning right around the time that they opened. We were greeted immediately, and asked what service we wanted. We both wanted a full set, and we signed in. We were told to choose a color and were given books to choose the color from. Later on, we found out that this book is gel polish only. This is the first negative. They want you to only choose gel colors because gel was way more expensive than regular polish. We then sat down, and began receiving our services. The salon itself is beautiful, and management walked around asking if we wanted something to drink. He even offered my child some juice, which was nice. Overall, I won't return because both my sister and I did not like the way our nails were shaped, and I myself had to direct him on how I liked them shaped, and even then he couldn't get it. After a while I just gave up. He had already filed too much away. They are also very expensive. I have lived in Florida for the past 4 years, and they are way more expensive than any salon there, and they did better work! I also don't like the fact that they acted as though they only had gel polish available, in order to make more money. read more

Went for my first time today recommended by a friend. First off let me start by saying it's absolutely beautiful and peaceful in there. They offer you water, candy and everyone was absolutely friendly. I've been to many salons in the area and haven't had a experience like this, I got a gel pedicure by leisha and not only was she friendly she gave a great pedi and Johnny removed my ingrown nail with ease and relieved my pain. My nail tech Daniel told me they opened a 3/4 months ago and are still building their clientele, so I figured I'd write a review to help them out considering how well I was treated and how well my nails turned out. I walked in and was seen fairly quickly without an appointment. The salon is beautiful and clean. Within two days, I had a nail that the acrylic dip polish broke off exposing a fragile thin nail. In all the times I've had this done at other salons, I've never had this happen. Went back to have the nail fixed and I had to wait an hour while other walk ins were taken ahead of me. WORST NAIL SALON IN THIS AREA. it's run like an assembly line, everything was extremely rushed. I didn't get the shape, length, color, or anything else I wanted and the customer service was complete shit and nonexistent. all my nails are different lengths and different shapes. I brought my own color in but they said they couldn't use it because it wasn't gel and the person that did my nails showed me something that she swatched a paper towel that looked almost exactly the same but once applied looked absolutely nothing like what I was going for. I came back and complained that the color was way off from what I wanted and they just all kind of looked at me like I was crazy because heaven forbid a guy wants their nails painted. a manager or owner that actually spoke English came up to me and told me it would be an additional $20 to change the color. What actually ended up happening, besides the nail tech buffing down a bunch of weird bubbles, she used the actual polish I wanted to use to begin with and put it right over the existing gel polish instead of removing the gel polish and replacing it with what I brought in and then she added another gel top coat after making me wait 30 mins for my regular polish to dry. it was pointless to have her do all that because they still look like shit. they're also way too thick with lumpy polish bubbles and all different shapes. worst nail salon experience ever not to mention a complete waste of at least two hours of my time and $70. read more

Called location right when open to book a pedicure for 4 people. Arrived on location at time that I said. Was told that they cannot accommodate due to apparently my mistake even though I clearly said a pedicure for 4 people at 11:00. Said could not get me in until 3:00. This is unacceptable. My mother in law was visiting from Kenya and I wanted to take her out for a nice little "treat" day. She had never had a manicure before, so I thought it would be special to take her for her first one. We arrived and there was only 1 nail tech working. I got my manicure done first- just a simple trim and polish. My mother in law got the same treatment. Here's where I have an issue- it has now been 3 months. My cuticles have always ALWAYS been healthy, never sticking or growing onto my nails. Ever since I received my manicure, my cuticles are hard, cracked and continue to stick and grow onto my nails, causing so much pain. I will NEVER recommend this place. read more

I enjoyed the expierence of being at this salon and everyone was so kind. I got gel dip on my nails and had to come back within 4 days to get one nail touched up. Not a big deal, things happen. But almost a week after the initial application, most of my nails had chipped and were lifting which is not ok for gel dip which is supposed to last over 2 weeks or more! Today was my first day getting pampered at Kyra nails. Upon entry I was greeted and offered something to drink -ok me by surprise. I was immediately seated [though I did make an appointment] and I was taken care of quite fast. I had booked a Mani Pedi, and in no time my feet were soaking in warm water in the massage chair was gone. To my surprise hot stones came out and were part of the foot massage including lavender oil. The service was pretty great. Then I went to get my nails done, the tech noticed that my fingernails were brittle and suggested other options to help strengthen the nail. While all this was going on, one of the workers proceeded to go upstairs and started singing on the karaoke machine. I must say it was very entertaining and very unexpected. I normally always come here for manicures and full sets and have a relatively good experience. However, I called to schedule an appointment for a pedicure and was treated poorly. When I went to my appointment they did not have it written down, luckily there was no wait. I came in to get a pedicure done, and was not pleased with the results. The man doing my pedicure was incredibly rushed which made the experience bad to start. They charged me for removing polish when there was none on my nails to begin with, they did not file the nails which made them incredibly crooked, and the polish job was uneven. I was charged 53$ for someone to slap gel polish on my toes and call it a day, it took maybe 10 minutes to do. I typically have a food experience at this salon, but will definitely think twice before returning for a service again read more

Went to Krya because I use to love going there and their prices were pretty decent before this whole pandemic thing started. I went exactly a week ago and I told the lady that I wanted a full set of acrylic nails and she showed me the french ombre look which i loved so I decided to get that.. I think she forgot that I still wanted a full set of acrylics.. Its been a week and half my nails just popped off. The thing that really upsets me is that I paid $81 for a full set of acrylic nails that I honestly don't think I recieved. Also, next time I go get a "fill" I'll have to end up getting a full set. I am very dissapointed, I wanted jet black matte nails instead I got a grayish black gel matte , my pointer is crooked , my nails dont go down to the nail bed looks like I need a fill and I just got them done monday and its Thursday wtf...also I wanted bling shiney sparkly gems and got clear plain gems with gel over it . The edges are chipped . I wanted 3d white flowers but I settled for stamped flowers because she wasnt good at 3d flowers, I wanted the stamp flowers bright baby pink or white well they turned out purple tanish and the stamper wouldnt work right because the gel nail polish sucked . I showed her 2 pictures I wanted combined to one.. the jet. Black long matte with flowers and blingy gems from the other I wanted gems on 4 fingers on each hand I got 3 on each hand. It took 4 and half hours to do 2 sets of nails . And they charged us 150$ and hers were crooked and the colors werent blended the right way. They were to short and just over all sloppy. The only thing nice was she came in on her day off to do them for us and they didnt Mind my 8mth old being there . She was very good to. But I want my nails done the right way and i hope they reach out to me to fix this. read more

The atmosphere is very elegant. Crystal chandeliers and special lightening that makes the salon look very cool. The service was okay. I had to go back and have someone redo my nails because the first time it wasn't good. Also, it's kinda expensive. For a gel mani/pedi and a full set acrylics plus tip was $123.
