They ran out of their Rose so we went with the recommended Red-Monica de Sardegna (delicate/spicy- Sardinian) For main, despite many enticing options, we ordered Lasagna Funghi and the Ricotta Ravioli stuffed with artichokes with Cacio Pepe cream. The lasagna was like no other we've had before -must try! The Ravioli was decadent and creamy-delicious! Tastevere's owners bring the food in fresh daily from their farm. They are very proud of the fact that all of the food is organic and home-grown. And you can really taste the freshness - we had a variation of bruschetta with spinach and leaks which was bursting with flavor. Their meat and cheese plate with mortadella, prosciutto, and pecorino cheeses with various types of honey was the highlight. I will definitely come back for an aperitivo or light meal here.
