First time here - we went on a Sunday around noon, and there were a fair amount of patrons trickling in. I didn't realize it was more of a meat market / store that also happened to serve food. That being said, the place was clean. 3 tables inside, but quite a bit of tables outdoors. I ordered the Carne asada combo. Very delicious! Their salsa was pretty good as well. Most importantly, very affordable for the amount that they serve. Good stuff!

Valley Prime has quickly become one of our favorite weekly stops (and it's down the street from…read moreus!) From the vast selection of meats to an equally impressive selection of spices and seasonings, there is always something new to discover. They carry different quality cuts all the way up to several Wagyu options. We were already in love with the Australian Wagyu, and then they introduced us to the Ranchera. BOOM, consider us addicted. The quality is fantastic. It's special enough for a date-night steak but easy enough to turn into some amazing tacos on a weeknight. And honestly, the customer service is what really sets this place apart. The owner and employees always greet us, joke around with us, and genuinely take the time to recommend something new. That's actually how we ended up trying the Ranchera (LOL) we wanted to switch things up, and they knew exactly what to suggest! We have our own seasoning at home, but they took the time to let us try the different seasonings and recommended ones we've never even heard of. Try the charcoal seasoning! Seriously! I also have to give them credit for their social media presence. It's fun, engaging, and actually makes you want to stop in and see what they're cooking up. And a special shoutout to Moe, the life of the party, I'm convinced! LOL!! Inside, the shop is clean, welcoming, and has such a great atmosphere. We're there at least once a week, and we genuinely enjoy chatting with everyone when we stop in. They've also recently added a points/rewards option, which I think is a great touch for loyal customers. It makes those weekly visits even better. If you love quality meat, great recommendations, and a place where they actually know their customers, Valley Prime is absolutely worth checking out.

I got a few tacos which were all tasty and satisfying, and I also bought some meat and pork to grill later in the day. The highlight of my purchase here was the pork and chicken. It was exceptionally well priced. It all came out deliciously off the grill. The marinade was just what we were hoping for in taco meat. That said, the building is a little uninviting and the interior seems haphazard. All in all, I would be surprised if I don't return every so often to buy more meat for grilling and grab a taco or two for the drive.

Supreme means it comes with pico de gallo, sour cream, and guac. This burrito was massive and had huge tender chunks of carne asada throughout the burrito. The rice was cooked perfect, not mushy, and the beans were also delightful. I got their verde salsa with it and I wish I had four cups instead of two. This stuff was delicious! This taqueria is part of the grocery store and also serves nachos, tacos, and other weekly special specials. Their taco Tuesday special is three tacos for five bucks! That's a pretty sweet deal. Connected to the Taqueria is their deli and butcher section which allows you to see where all of their meat comes from. They have a huge selection of fresh proteins and other pre-cooked deli foods. They also sell trays of rice, beans, and your choice of meat if you're looking to host a party. The grocery store is small, but loaded with all sorts of unique spices and other Mexican food items you can't find at most local grocery stores. They had almost an entire isle dedicated to just MASA! They also carry all the grocery store basics as well, milk, eggs, etc. Super friendly staff, and if I lived near here, this would probably be a weekly burrito or taco stop for me!
