I was wrong. Joshua told me that he was on his way and that he would not charge a weekend fee. After assessing the situation, he gave an initial assessment, which was very reasonable. then he called me into the garage and said he had figured out a way to fix the problem for a much cheaper amount, but he had to drive the 30 minutes back to his office then the 30 minutes back here to finish the job. He did a great job and did not charge for the extra time or the Saturday response. Before leaving, Joshua told me that if I had any issues with the new plumbing, no matter the hour of day or night, to call him and he would respond. He provided a detailed report of his work that included before and after photos of his work. This kind of plumbing professional is extremely rare, and he has my respect and any future business!
